| China’s market economy is developing well,more and more people start their own businesses,making small and medium-sized enterprises become increasingly active market subjects.However,there are some problems in these enterprises,such as the owners have no professional management experience,the company’s capital source is not fixed,and there is no fixed collateral,which lead to financing difficulties in the development stage.Facing this problem,supply chain finance has emerged.With the combination of the Internet and traditional financial markets,the online mode of supply chain financial business has also been derived.Online supply chain financial business is generally divided into three categories according to the main body:bank,e-commerce platform and the mode of combining the two.Nowadays,the disintermediation of financial market is very serious,and the marketing work of commercial banks is challenged.In recent years,e-commerce has developed rapidly.The commodity trading volume of merchants on the e-commerce platform has increased by 20%annually.That means there are a large number of business with financing needs on the e-commerce platform.Online cooperation between commercial banks and e-commerce platforms can achieve mutually beneficial.This thesis focuses on this business model,and puts forward relevant suggestions.This thesis analyzes the marketing environment of the business by using the theoretical analysis method,and points out the problems existing in the cooperation between banks and e-commerce platforms.Through the analysis of typical cases,summarize the successful experience of the case.This thesis explains the marketing strategy of online supply chain finance,especially the cooperation between commercial banks and third-party e-commerce platforms,and expounds the guarantee measures for business development from many aspects. |
