| The prosperity of e-commerce drives the rapid development of the express industry.The continuously sinking e-commerce market promotes the rapid growth of express delivery.The express logistics industry has become an important industry supporting the production and life of the society.Especially in the COVID-19 which broke out in 2020,the express logistics industry bears the responsibility and mission of "getting through the arteries and circulating the microcirculation".However,at present,the non-intensive distribution mode of the express industry not only hinders the development of the enterprise itself,but also causes the waste and pollution of social resources and environment.In addition,the frequent public health emergencies in the past two years have caused problems such as insufficient human transportation capacity and increased epidemic prevention costs.Small and medium-sized express enterprises have suffered heavy losses.Public health emergencies have brought new challenges to express distribution.China has also been adhering to the development concept of green logistics,supporting the integrated development of express industry and high-tech industry,and encouraging express enterprises to participate in collaborative distribution,so as to effectively solve various problems in the development of express industry.In the context of public health emergencies,this paper simulates and analyzes the advantages of collaborative distribution,explores the factors affecting the strategic choice of the government,express enterprises and users,and designs the collaborative distribution mechanism,which can also meet the service and security needs of users in special periods.It is important to improve the collaborative distribution theory,realizing the high-quality development of express logistics industry has certain theoretical research significance and practical application value.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,it summarizes the relevant research on collaborative distribution,express logistics distribution system and blockchain logistics at home and abroad,summarizes various problems in the process of express distribution and the new challenges brought by public health emergencies,and expounds the unique advantages of collaborative distribution as a new distribution method in solving the development of express industry and social problems.According to the research literature and the development of express logistics industry,clarify the multiple variables and causality involved in the express distribution system,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the construction of the express distribution system model.Secondly,using the theory of system dynamics,this paper takes the indicators such as express distribution volume,distribution supply capacity,energy consumption and regional GDP as the main variables of the express distribution system,explains in detail the 27 variables and their dynamic equations,draws the system flow diagram,and tests the effectiveness of the constructed Express distribution system model.Combined with the operation data of express delivery industry,the simulation analysis and trend prediction were carried out to simulate the effect of collaborative distribution and COVID-19,and some indicators were used to measure the risk resisting ability of the current express delivery system and collaborative distribution system in public health emergencies.The results show that collaborative distribution has more advantages.Collaborative distribution is a better choice for small and medium-sized express enterprises to survive and develop under public health emergencies.Thirdly,under the background of public health emergencies,this paper designs the collaborative distribution mechanism from three aspects:operation,participation and incentive.Considering the blockchain driven design of collaborative distribution operation mechanism,give full play to the technical characteristics of blockchain data sharing,real-time response and tamper proof in case of emergencies to meet the distribution needs and epidemic prevention security needs of users;Based on the evolutionary game theory,this paper designs the participation mechanism of collaborative distribution,analyzes the new impetus brought by public health emergencies to the development of collaborative distribution supported by the government,express enterprises and users,brings the government as an independent subject into the game model,and discusses the factors affecting the choice of tripartite strategies.The research shows that government subsidies,additional input costs of collaborative distribution and benefits of collaborative distribution can affect the strategic choice of the three parties to varying degrees;Based on this,an incentive mechanism considering the subject’s contribution is proposed to encourage multiple subjects from the perspective of positive and direction.Finally,combined with the collaborative distribution mechanism and the actual development of the express industry,this paper puts forward relevant strategic suggestions to provide reference for the choice of the government,express enterprises and users. |
