For the national economy,the core lies in finance,and the lifeblood lies in banks.As the most critical component of the rural financial system,rural commercial banks are mainly responsible for providing rural residents and small and micro enterprises with corresponding financial services.They play a vital role in alleviating the financing difficulties of small and micro enterprises and helping local economic development.JD Rural Commercial Bank,as a local bank,has been committed to serving small and micro enterprises for a long time,and has always adhered to the policy guidance of "small and scattered".In the past two years,with the increasing support for small and micro enterprises,it has accumulated many high-quality small and micro enterprise customers.However,with the expansion of small and micro credit business scale,the credit risk has gradually emerged.In order to ensure the safety of JD Rural Commercial Bank’s credit assets,It is imperative to realize the sustainable development of small and micro credit business and further enhance the small and micro credit risk management capability of JD Rural Commercial Bank.This article takes JD Rural Commercial Bank as an example,combines information asymmetry theory,relational loan theory,and comprehensive risk management theory,and uses literature review and case analysis methods to analyze its organizational structure,credit asset status,types of small and micro credit products,credit business processes,and risk management status.It is found that its awareness of risk management needs to be strengthened;The progress of clearing non-performing loans is slow;The internal credit rating system needs to be improved;The timeliness and accuracy of risk warning need to be improved;Unclear internal management rights and responsibilities;Problems such as outdated updates of credit products.The main reasons for this are:the lack of a sound talent cultivation mechanism and a sound reward and punishment system;The handling method of non-performing loans is single;The construction of big data platforms for small and micro enterprises lags behind;Inadequate implementation of risk warning system;The internal control system urgently needs improvement;Lack of innovation in credit business.Finally,in response to the causes of the problem,the following optimization measures were proposed:to improve the talent training mechanism and reward and punishment system,and enhance risk management awareness;Flexibly dispose of non-performing loans and improve the efficiency of clearing non-performing loans;Optimize credit rating models and promote information sharing between banks and enterprises;Utilize new technologies to enhance risk warning capabilities;Improve the construction of internal control system and clarify internal management rights and responsibilities;Promote innovation in small and micro credit business and enhance product market competitiveness.Through the case analysis and research in this paper,i hope to help JD Rural Commercial Bank improve the level of micro credit risk management,and also hope to provide some reference for other financial institutions’ small and micro credit risk management.
