| The development of enterprises is not only related to the national economy and people’s livelihood,but also plays a vital role in social stability and development.The corporate credit business of commercial banks provides important support for the development of enterprises,and is also an important business for commercial banks to achieve profit growth.It directly affects the development of bank business and the source of profit.G Rural Commercial Bank,as a county-level local small and medium-sized financial legal entity in Jiangsu Province,faces such challenges as stricter regulatory policies,ever-changing economic markets and ever-increasing diversified customer demands,and has encountered many problems and risks in corporate business credit management.In order to better promote the continuous development of the company’s credit business,G Rural Commercial Bank needs to adapt to the complex and changeable business environment,comb out the main factors affecting the risk of the company’s credit business,clarify its own risk management problems,and focus on strengthening risk management.Based on the theory of information asymmetry,credit rationing and total risk management,this paper systematically studies the risk management of the company’s credit business by using literature research method,case study method and questionnaire method.Firstly,this paper introduces the status quo of credit business risk management of G Rural Commercial Bank from three aspects:general situation of G Rural Commercial Bank,the status quo of corporate credit business and the status quo of corporate credit business risk management.Then,the factors affecting the corporate credit business risk of G Rural Commercial Bank are screened out,and the factors affecting the corporate credit business risk currently faced by G Rural Commercial Bank are specifically evaluated.The results show that the significant factors affecting the credit risk of G Rural Commercial Bank are mainly reflected in three aspects:management organization,pre-loan management and post-loan management.The system,loan management,the company itself and other influencing factors are general influencing factors.On this basis,according to the evaluation conclusion and the status quo of its credit risk management,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the credit risk management of G Rural Commercial Bank.Finally,based on the evaluation conclusions and existing problems,the paper puts forward optimization countermeasures for the risk management of the company’s credit business from three aspects:perfecting the credit risk management organization,optimizing the pre-loan investigation system and improving the post-loan management mechanism.This study has a strong guiding significance for G Rural Commercial Bank to do a good job in the risk management of corporate credit. |
