| With the rapid development of Internet technology,enterprises’ economic behavior and consumers’ purchasing behavior are increasingly dependent on the Internet.China’s home textile industry has also entered a new stage.If home textile enterprises want to continue to survive in the current competitive environment,they must follow the times and rely on the digital economy and the Internet for transformation in all aspects.Internet transformation has become a hot issue.What enterprises are most concerned about is the impact of Internet transformation on performance.Therefore,research on performance evaluation during the Internet transformation period of enterprises can enable enterprises to improve their strategic planning and improve their performance level.This paper takes Hunan Mengjie Home Textile Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Mengjie Home Textile)as the research object,analyzes the driving factors and transformation process of Mengjie Home Textile Internet transformation,and divides the enterprise performance during the transformation period of Mengjie Home Textile Internet into financial and non-financial performance for analysis.In terms of financial performance,the entropy weight TOPSIS method is applied to analyze the vertical and horizontal aspects of Mengjie Home Textile in the transformation period of the Internet;In terms of non-financial performance,we will analyze it from market reaction,customer level,internal process level and learning and growth level by combining the efficient market hypothesis theory and the balanced scorecard theory.The research in this paper shows that: first,the longitudinal financial performance analysis shows that the comprehensive financial performance score of Mengjie Home Textile in the Internet transformation period shows a trend of decreasing first and then increasing.In the early stage of transformation,the industry suffered from the impact of the economic environment and the impact of more capital investment,and the comprehensive performance score was low;Through the continuous deepening of the transformation strategy,the comprehensive score of Mengjie Home Textile’s financial performance was adjusted and increased in the later stage.The comparative analysis of horizontal financial performance shows that through the implementation of the Internet transformation strategy,the financial performance gap between Mengjie Home Textile and benchmarking enterprises has gradually narrowed.Second,from the perspective of non-financial performance,the market has a positive attitude towards the Internet transformation of Mengjie Home Textile;Mengjie Home Textile’s brand attention has been increasing,and customer service quality has been improved;R&D investment has been increasing,but sales costs remain high;The number of employees and the educational structure of employees have been optimized to a certain extent,and the corporate culture system of "love at home" has gradually formed.Thirdly,on the basis of empirical research,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the performance of Mengjie Home Textile’s enterprises in the Internet transformation period,that is,to improve the Internet transformation strategy from the aspects of optimizing the layout of offline stores,promoting the transformation of business models,and deepening the promotion of intelligent manufacturing;Put forward countermeasures to improve the financial performance of Mengjie Home Textile from the aspects of strengthening operation cost management,improving asset management and improving asset-liability structure;The countermeasures to improve the non-financial performance of Mengjie Home Textile are put forward in terms of enhancing the transformation of research and development funds,strengthening the digital management system and enhancing customer service guarantee. |
