| Credit card business is an important source of income growth for modern commercial banks.It is also a business with high profit and high risk.In recent years,the profit share of credit card business in commercial banks has been increasing year by year,becoming the main growth point of bank revenue,especially intermediate business revenue.Behind the rapid development of credit card business is the expansion of application channels,and the further relaxation of the application threshold.When the credit card business of national commercial banks started a new round of accelerated growth,at the same time,the scale of credit card non-performing assets also rose rapidly.In the current environment of insufficient control of credit card non-performing asset risk and excessive credit card issuance,resulting in the sudden rise of credit card non-performing asset,the People’s Bank of China,China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission and other regulatory agencies have successively issued a number of laws and policies to regulate credit card business and control the risk of non-performing asset.At present,the banks gradually pay attention to the bad assets of credit cards and study various optimization countermeasures.The purpose of this paper is to find,identify and analyze problems in daily management from the practical perspective of risk management of credit card non-performing assets of G Bank,to find out and summarize the problems and causes of risk management of credit card non-performing assets of G Bank.Hope to give practical help to G bank credit card bad assets management.At the same time,through the transformation from theory to practice,the subsequent work of the author and the management of credit card non-performing assets of the bank will have more important practical significance.This paper take the management status and risk situation of G Bank’s credit card non-performing assets through literature research,data analysis,case analysis,field investigation and other analysis and research methods.It is mainly summarized as the lack of systematic control and linkage in the risk management of credit card non-performing assets of G Bank,the lack of relatively strict norms and operating processes,and the lack of some more abundant and strict auditing means.Mainly embodied in the overall risk awareness and risk control system and mechanism is not perfect,overall credit card customers there’s no point to older and client development and credit derivatives credit products mode is relatively single,risk prevention and control digital ability is weak,lack of credit approval system certain system control,transaction detect and post-loan management process without integration,bad asset disposal means less and disposal Low efficiency problem.In view of the above problems exposed by G Bank,this paper proposes some targeted optimization measures such as improving the system and mechanism,optimizing customer groups and products,carrying out the digital transformation of risk control,integrating the risk early warning and post-loan management process,and enriching the means of resolving non-performing asset risks,hoping to provide some reference for the risk prevention and control of credit card non-performing asset of G Bank.This paper summarizes some problems of credit card non-performing assets of G Bank,and gives corresponding solutions,which has certain reference value for the risk prevention and control of credit card non-performing assets of G bank.At the same time,the problem of G Bank is also relatively representative among many local and regional banks in China.It is hoped that this paper can provide some reference for the risk prevention and control of credit card non-performing assets of other banking financial institutions whose overall asset scale is similar to G Bank. |
