The gradual implementation of domestic economic reform policy has ushered in many new development opportunities for China's financial system,so the vitality of private capital was fully released and grow up.Meanwhile,Pratt & Whitney also scale of personal credit consumption business has expanded rapidly,and the development of many inclusive credit companies has entered the golden period,gradually changing the nature of poverty alleviation policy institutions and gradually becoming financial institutions with market value.As a financial service institution funded by natural persons,enterprises and social organizations,inclusive credit company is a commercial institution between financial institutions and private lending systems.The existence of inclusive financial institutions plays an extremely beneficial role in the development of China's financial sector and enriches the product categories of China's financial market.However,due to the differences between pratt & Whitney and other financial institutions in terms of fund management and corporate operation,there are many risks in the development of pratt & Whitney,which greatly restrict the function of pratt & Whitney financial institutions.This study focused on the risk management of personal consumer credit loan P company after loan,analyzed the problems and reasons of P company's risk management after loan,and gave suggestions for countermeasures.This research hopes to provide reference for the research and practice of post-loan risk management in the inclusive financial industry.First of all,this study reviewed the relevant research on personal consumption credit management,and further analyzed the problems existing in the current post-loan risk of P company this paper explores the problem of personal credit management,and extracts relevant data and data based on questionnaire and interview methods: low customer satisfaction,poor professional skills of the company's post-loan risk managers,imperfect company assessment system,and compliance risks.The reasons for these are: customer maintenance,professional skills of post-loan risk management personnel,P company post-loan risk management performance appraisal system,compliance system.In this regard,this study putted forward several suggestions: 1.From the perspective of customer maintenance,we must pay more attention to the customer's later maintenance and secondary development.2.From the perspective of training,it is necessary to strengthen the professional and technical training of post-loan risk management personnel to form a comprehensive system of training.3.From the perspective of the P company,it is necessary to establish and improve the risk management system and formed a standard unified management model.4.Based on China's environment,integrated the experience and deficiencies of the personal consumer credit industry,established and improveed compliance management standards.
