Catalyzed by the new wave of scientific and technological revolution, the application scenarios of digital technologies such as big data, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence have gradually become more and more widespread, and the value creation methods of data resources have become increasingly diversified.Digital Innovation is booming, the digital economy is rising rapidly, and the deep integration with the real economy is realized.Digital Innovation has become the innovation form with the widest radiation scope and the highest potential value, and the Digital Innovation Ecosystem,as the primary organizational form for carrying out digital innovation and empowering all subjects to tap potential value space, has become a hot spot in the field of ecosystem research. However,at present,a complete study of the digital innovation ecosystem has not yet been formed, and it fails to focus on the formation and evolution mechanism of the coopetition relationships within the system.Besides,it hasn’t effectively revealed the internal mechanism of the coopetition relationships to promote the interaction of data resources and release the dividend of data resources, either. Therefore, this paper comprehensively uses various research methods such as evolutionary game, simulation and case analysis to explore the above research shortcomings.Based on the deconstruction and reorganization effect of data resources on the coopetition relationships of subjects in the Digital Innovation Ecosystem, and according to the theoretical logic of "elements of coopetition relationships —co-factor—reshaping strategies",the research framework of coopetition relationships of subjects in the Digital Innovation Ecosystem is constructed.Firstly, the elements of the coopetition relationships are analyzed from a complex dynamic perspective, which divides the coopetition subjects into three types: dominant subjects, cooperative subjects and embedded subjects, and divides the coopetition relationships into four types: isolated relationships, conflicted relationships, friendly relationships and collaborative relationships.Secondly, the coordination model is constructed to study the co-factor of the coopetition relationships. From the three levels of the dominant subjects, the cooperative subjects and the embedded subjects, the disturbance degree of the coopetition relationships is explored, and the internal driving force of the coordinated development is revealed. Then, through the combination of data analysis and simulation, the influence of the remodeling strategies of coopetition relationships on the individual development of the three types of subjects under the four kinds of coopetition relationships is clarified, and the dual-dimensional remodeling strategies of "data resource value-added and efficiency enhancement" and "healthy development of coopetition relationships" is formed. Finally, the Smart City Telecom Digital Innovation Ecosystem was taken as an application example to verify and analyze the theoretical exploration of the above research on the coopetition relationships between the Digital Innovation Ecosystem agents. While forming a systematic analysis of the coopetition relationships in the Digital Innovation Ecosystem, this study has enlightening significance for formulating the development strategies. The application and integration of data resources can effectively drive subjects to achieve dynamic interaction, eliminate resource barriers, empower subjects to open up value space, and form unique competitive advantages.Entities need to vigorously develop core competitiveness based on data resources, cultivate the ability to perceive the value of data resources, comprehensively strengthen the utilization of data resources, and promote the combination optimization and network reconstruction of data resources and traditional resources.
