Research On The Impact Of Digital Transformation On Manufacturing Enterprises’ Green Technology Innovation

Under the constraints of global environmental and resource issues,green manufacturing has become the key to sustainable development of Chinese manufacturing enterprises in the future.Meanwhile,with the continuous maturation and application of technologies such as the Internet,cloud computing and artificial intelligence,digital transformation has become an inevitable choice not only for enterprises to enhance their competitiveness,but also for them to promote innovation and creativity.Whether manufacturing enterprises can use the east wind of digital transformation to promote green innovation manufacturing and enhance the effectiveness of green technology innovation in enterprises has become a key discussion issue.This paper analyzed the mechanism of the impact of digital transformation on green technology innovation in manufacturing enterprises by combing relevant literature and combining resource-based theory and internal control theory.At the same time,based on the internal and external perspectives of enterprises,it focused on the mediating role of technology integration capability and internal control quality,as well as the weighting role of media attention and environmental regulation on the impact of digital transformation on green technology innovation in manufacturing enterprises from the perspectives of technology,management,public opinion and environmental policies.Then this paper constructed a multiple linear regression model to empirically test the research hypothesis,so as to provide certain guidance for the development of green technology innovation activities in Chinese manufacturing enterprises,taking Chinese A-share listed manufacturing enterprises as the research objects.The main conclusions obtained of this paper are: digital transformation has a significant contribution to the improvement of green technology innovation capability of manufacturing enterprises.In terms of the influence mechanism,the increase in the degree of digital transformation can enhance the green technology innovation of manufacturing enterprises by improving the ability of technology integration and the quality of internal control of enterprises.In addition,media attention and the intensity of environmental regulations played a positive moderating role in the process of digital transformation for the improvement of green technology innovation in manufacturing enterprises.Heterogeneity analysis showed that the effect of digital transformation on green technology innovation in manufacturing firms is stronger in state-owned shares,large-scale and low environmental uncertainty firms.Finally,this paper proposed corresponding policy recommendations based on the analysis of the empirical results,aiming to improve the effectiveness of green technology innovation in manufacturing enterprises from both internal and external levels,and to achieve green and high-quality development of enterprises.This study extends the research on the impact of digital transformation on green technology innovation in manufacturing enterprises,and enriches the existing theoretical achievements of digital transformation.Based on the perspective of the impact of digital transformation on the internal and external factors of enterprises,this study reveals the mechanism of "digital transformation-green technology innovation in manufacturing enterprises".This has important theoretical and practical significance for promoting the transformation and upgrading of green manufacturing in Chinese manufacturing enterprises and achieving high-quality economic development.
