With the rapid development of China’s economy,consumers have increasingly higher requirements for the quality of fresh agricultural products,and also have higher requirements for the quality of cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products.As a demand-oriented service industry,the total logistics activity of the cold chain logistics industry continues to increase with the circulation of fresh agricultural products,as well as energy consumption,resulting in significant carbon emissions.In the current trend of promoting a low-carbon economy,high energy consumption,high emissions,and low efficiency cold chain logistics operations have become a barrier restricting the low-carbon development of cold chain logistics.Therefore,low-carbon improvement of the quality activity process of fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics has become an inevitable development trend.While ensuring that each link of the cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products meets the logistics quality requirements,incorporate the carbon emissions generated in the operation of each link of the cold chain logistics into the consideration of logistics quality control and decision-making is a practical issue that needs to be addressed urgently in the cold chain logistics industry.By analyzing the current research status of cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products under the low carbon background at home and abroad,and based on the relevant theories and methods of cold chain logistics and quality control of fresh agricultural products,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of quality control of the first,transportation,and last kilometer of cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products,and obtains 15 important subjective and objective influencing factors.Using the DEMATEL model,analyze the causal relationship between the influencing factors,and obtain the cause and result characteristics of the influencing factors;interpreting the structural model with ISM to further clarify the hierarchical relationship and transmission path between influencing factors;finally,the DEMATEL-ISM model was jointly applied to identify key influencing factors.Based on qualitative and quantitative analysis,a low carbon cold chain logistics quality control system dynamics simulation model for fresh agricultural products is constructed based on system dynamics theory,to further analyze the impact of changes in low-carbon measures and resources on the cold chain logistics system,and further to focus on the impact of cold chain logistics quality control level,as well as key influencing factors in the cold chain logistics system,with a view to promoting the low-carbon and high-quality development of cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products.Studying the quality control of cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products under the background of low carbon enriches the content of logistics quality control,and at the same time has important practical significance for promoting the realization of energy saving and emission reduction goals of cold chain logistics industry.Studies have shown that promoting the standardized construction of the first mile of cold chain logistics,accelerating the rational use of storage and cold storage resources;promoting new energy transport vehicles,emphasizing the development of third-party cold chain logistics companies;establishing a packaging recycling system and cultivating professional cold chain logistics talents,can effectively improve the quality control level of cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products,thereby achieving the goals of reducing the cost,resource consumption,and carbon emission reduction of the entire cold chain logistics system.
