| The "Implementation Opinions on Further Optimizing the Development Environment to Promote the Circulation of Fresh Agricultural Products" was released and implemented in 2020.The introduction of the Opinions reflects the importance that the state attaches to the circulation of fresh agricultural products and provides new development opportunities for the optimization and innovation of the fresh agricultural products circulation industry.At the same time,the demand for fresh agricultural products has gradually shifted from low price to organic,fresh and green.As an effective transportation method to ensure the quality of fresh agricultural products,cold chain logistics has certain positive significance to reduce the loss rate of agricultural products and promote the deep integration of rural industry and modern market.However,there are still problems such as imperfect information development,insufficient coordination and low level of cold chain facilities and equipment in the fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics supply chain system.Therefore,in order to make the efficient circulation of fresh agricultural products better guaranteed by the whole cold chain,this paper expands on the widely used model of vendor inventory management(VMI)and introduces professional third-party logistics(TPL)to further improve the overall efficiency of the supply chain.Based on the realistic background,this paper uses the system dynamics approach(SD)to simulate,compare and study the VMI supply chain with the introduction of TPL,and the main research contents include:(1)Using literature research and text mining methods to comprehensively analyze the current situation of fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics and its inventory control,analyze its advantages and problems,and sort out the theories and research scope related to cold chain logistics and inventory management,and lead to the research direction of this paper.(2)The VMI model and the third-party cold chain logistics management supply chain inventory model(TMI)model with the introduction of TPL are constructed respectively.After clarifying the modeling purpose and inscribing the system boundary,the two are compared and analyzed in terms of retailer inventory,supplier inventory level and supplier production completion rate by using vensim software and combining with the case of S company;and by studying the simulation design scheme of introducing inventory corruption rate and logistics equipment level,it is concluded that: compared with the traditional VMI supply chain model,the introduction of The VMI supply chain model with TPL can control the inventory level more effectively than the traditional VMI supply chain model;in the process of logistics operation,controlling the delay time of logistics transportation and inventory spoilage rate and increasing the investment in logistics equipment and facilities can have positive significance to reduce the system inventory cost and improve the overall efficiency of the supply chain.(3)Finally,based on the results of the simulation study,relevant suggestions are given for the development of fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics in China: to support the third-party cold chain logistics enterprises;to strengthen the training of cold chain logistics personnel;to accelerate the process of cold chain logistics informatization;and to improve the construction of cold chain logistics infrastructure. |
