| The platform economy is a new force for China’s economic development,and it is also a specific application form of digital economy,which has played a key role in improving the efficiency of resource allocation in the whole society and connecting the development of the national economy.Although platform enterprises have unique attributes,they are just as committed to social responsibility as traditional enterprises.Platform enterprises have been paying attention to corporate social responsibility since the beginning of their establishment,and have experienced a long and bumpy road to fulfilling their responsibilities,new problems and new phenomena are emerging one after another,and enterprises are crossing the river by feeling the stones,so exploring the path of platform corporate social responsibility performance is a very meaningful research topic.Based on the case study method,combined with the specific practices of Tencent,Alibaba,and Meituan,this paper explores the evolution path of platform-based corporate social responsibility.Firstly,the literature content on platform enterprises,corporate social responsibility and platform corporate social responsibility is sorted out,and the theoretical concepts are defined.Then,ROSTCM6.0 was used to collect word frequency statistics and analysis of the three corporate social responsibility reports,and the high-frequency words of the three enterprises in different periods were summarized,and the performance stage was divided into years according to the change of the word cloud;then Nvivo11 was used to root and code the key events of the same hot words in different periods of the three case enterprises,and the evolution model of the performance path was constructed respectively;the different hot words in different periods were found from the word frequency analysis results,and their specific connotations were analyzed through case studies to construct the paradigm selection under the performance path;and finally the commonality of the paths of the three platform enterprises was systematically explored,put forward the concept of "sustainable social responsibility" and explain the connotation.The study concluded:(1)According to the word frequency statistics and analysis results,"public welfare,platform,service" is the top 3 high-frequency words that appear in Tencent and Alibaba’s social responsibility reports at the same time,and "consumption,rider,responsibility" is Meituan’s social responsibility high-frequency words that are clearly different from Tencent and Alibaba.(2)Selecting the three high-frequency words of "public welfare,safety,and service" to take root and code Tencent’s performance path,it found that it has experienced the transformation of "spontaneous public welfare-conscious public welfare","emotional public welfare-rational public welfare","network security-life safety",and "life service-intelligent service".Platform New and Creative Social Responsibility Paradigm".Selecting the three high-frequency words "public welfare,platform,and service" to take root and code Alibaba’s performance path,it is found that it has undergone the transformation of"independent public welfare-alliance public welfare","fundamental platform-associate platform" and "initial service-derivative service",and built a performance model of"traditional social responsibility paradigm-platform-based social responsibility paradigm" by broadening the boundaries of performance of responsibility,improving performance technology,exploring performance behavior,deepening the impact of performance behavior,and comprehensively optimizing performance behavior.Meituan was encoded by selecting the three high-frequency words "service,rider,and platform" and found that it comprehensively strengthened its performance behavior through the channels of "service ecosystem","new professional forces" and "platform link": extending the main body of responsibility,innovating the object of responsibility,improving the ability to perform responsibility,and improving the level of performance,which constituted a model of"performance platform paradigm".(3)This paper explores and analyzes the commonality of the performance paths of case enterprises,deduces the paradigm selection model under different paths of "primary performance-advanced performance",puts forward the concept of sustainable social responsibility,explains its connotation around the four dimensions of performance subject,beneficiary object,scientific and technological support,and platform function,and explains the characteristics and functions of sustainable social responsibility based on bilateral market theory and social embedding theory.Finally,the above conclusions provide a certain theoretical reference for enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities by putting forward management suggestions from the government and enterprises. |
