| Protecting the ecological environment and promoting sustainable development have become the consensus of global development.The realization of green development is the proper meaning of China’s high-quality economic development,and it is also a necessary measure to effectively alleviate the pressure of environmental pollution.However,promoting The Green Transformation and Upgrading of Industrial Structure is the key to achieving sustainable development and greening.How to realize the green development of the industry and promote The Green Transformation and Upgrading of Industrial Structure is a major issue facing China during this period.The development of The Green Finance takes how to effectively reduce environmental pollution and save energy consumption as the core,and promotes the development of science and technology,which plays a positive role in realizing the dual goals of industrial structure transformation and ecological environment protection.Therefore,it is particularly necessary to explore the mechanism of green finance on The Green Transformation and Upgrading of Industrial Structure,and it can also provide a useful reference for exploring the road of industrial structure transformation and upgrading in the future.First of all,on the basis of combing the research status of The Green Finance and industrial structure at home and abroad,this paper makes a theoretical analysis of The Green Finance,The Green Transformation and Upgrading of Industrial Structure and the mechanism of The Green Finance to promote The Green Transformation and Upgrading of Industrial Structure,including the scientific definition of relevant concepts,the analysis of relevant principles,the review of relevant theoretical basis and the analysis of the mechanism of action.Secondly,on the basis of clarifying the development status and existing problems of The Green Transformation and Upgrading of Industrial Structure,this paper puts forward the necessity of developing The Green Finance to promote the green transformation and upgrading of industrial results.Thirdly,the index system of The Green Finance and The Green Transformation and Upgrading of Industrial Structure,is constructed and the development level of the two from 2005 to 2020 is measured by entropy method.The mechanism test is carried out by panel regression,mediating effect model and moderating effect model.At the same time,on the basis of mechanism test,in order to ensure the accuracy of the research conclusion,the robustness test is carried out by means of instrumental variables,changing sample size and shortening research cycle.The final conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The development of The Green Finance promotes The Green Transformation and Upgrading of Industrial Structure,in various regions.(2)Technological innovation output plays a partial mediating role in The Green Finance promoting The Green Transformation and Upgrading of Industrial Structure;(3)The business environment plays a regulatory role in the process of The Green Finance promoting The Green Transformation and Upgrading of Industrial Structure.On this basis,the corresponding policy implications are put forward:(1)Optimize the investment structure and promote the transformation of industrial structure;(2)Improve the output of science and technology,drive the transformation of industrial factors;(3)Improve the business environment and help industrial transformation. |
