With the deepening of the influence of interest rate liberalization and Internet finance innovation continuing to bring forth the new,the development of commercial banks as an important cornerstone of China’s financial market has been seriously impacted. In particular, the traditional way of commercial banks to profit from the spread of deposits and loans has shown weakness.Problems such as risk accumulation, poor liquidity, increasing pressure to attract reserves, and single profit mode have hindered the healthy development of commercial banks.Securitization of credit assets is a new financial financing tool.It actually moves the risky asset off the table and raises the increase of liquidity while improving the profit of commercial banks. Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze the influence of credit asset securitization business on the operating performance of commercial banks.First, this paper shows the definition of credit asset securitization business, core and basic principle, operation process, and introduces the development process of the business, business characteristics and potential problems and risks; Then, according to the current definition and treatment methods of commercial banks’ operating performance in academic circles, combined with the "three characteristics" principle of commercial banks’ operation, the operation performance of commercial banks is specifically quantified into profitability, liquidity and risk resistance ability of commercial banks. Then the influence mechanism of credit asset securitization on commercial banks’ operating performance is obtained by theoretical analysis. Finally,by establishing a regression model for empirical analysis, this paper tests the correlation between the development of credit asset securitization business and the ratio of credit asset securitization and the capital adequacy ratio, liquidity ratio and return on equity, which represent the business performance of commercial banks, and divides the bank samples into state-owned banks and non-state-owned banks for heterogeneity analysis. At the same time, leverage ratio(total assets/capital)is used as an intermediate variable to analyze the influence path of credit asset securitization business on profitability performance. The results show that: 1.Carrying out credit asset securitization can improve the business performance of commercial banks, and the higher the degree of credit asset securitization, the more obvious the effect; And there is heterogeneity influence between state-owned banks and non-state banks.2.For the safety performance, the development and degree of credit asset securitization has a significant impact on stateowned banks, but not on non-state-owned banks; For liquidity performance, the degree of credit securitization business has more obvious influence on non-state-owned banks compared with state-owned banks. For the profitability performance, the degree of credit asset securitization business has a more obvious impact on state-owned banks than non-state-owned banks.3.The securitization of credit assets can indirectly improve the profitability of commercial banks by increasing the leverage ratio(total assets/capital).Finally,on the basis of the existing analysis, combining with the problems in the development of the credit asset securitization business in our country,it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects, including commercial banks, market construction and supervision regulations to hope that the credit asset securitization business of our country can develop healthily and continuously, and provide strong support for the transformation development of commercial banks and improve the competitiveness of commercial banks.
