| Under the background of digital economy era,manufacturing enterprises are faced with complex and changing economic environment,competitive market environment,policy environment for transformation and upgrading,etc.In order to adapt to environmental development,maintain competitive advantages,develop core competitiveness,and achieve the goals of new value creation,value acquisition and value delivery,manufacturing enterprises need to cultivate and construct suitable,Digital capabilities including digital opportunity identification,digital operations and digital resource collaboration.As one of the important factors to promote enterprise innovation,dynamic capability helps enterprises transform the cultivated digital capability into the required resources,transform resource advantage into the internal driving force of innovation,and then realize the value advantage.Therefore,based on resource-based view and dynamic capability theory,this paper integrates three elements of manufacturing enterprises’ digital capability,resource reconstruction and business model innovation to build a theoretical model between the digital capability and business model innovation that manufacturing enterprises must develop based on practical needs and future trends.The model takes resource reconstruction as a subdivision perspective and manufacturing enterprises as the research object.Taking business model innovation as the explained variable,this paper probes into the path mechanism of competence-resources-innovation by integrating three factors: the ability that enterprises should cultivate,the resources required for production and management,and the results of innovation practice.Although existing studies have discussed the relationship between learning ability and business model innovation for many times,all of them treat dynamic ability as a whole perspective,and few have subdivided it into a specific dimension and empirical discussion from a micro perspective.Therefore,this paper adopts the questionnaire survey method,takes the managers at all levels in the national manufacturing enterprises as the research objects,conducts empirical research on them,and finally collects 299 valid samples.Moreover,it uses SPSS and other scientific research software to conduct empirical test and regression hierarchical analysis,and the results are completely consistent with the presupposition.The results are as follows: 1)There is a significant positive correlation between digital capability and business model innovation of manufacturing enterprises.There is a significant positive correlation between manufacturing enterprises’ digital opportunity identification ability and business model innovation,between manufacturing enterprises’ digital operation ability and business model innovation,and between manufacturing enterprises’ digital resource collaboration ability and business model innovation.2)Digitalization capability of manufacturing enterprises is positively correlated with resource reorganization,and digitalization capability of manufacturing enterprises is positively correlated with resource relocation.3)There is a significant positive correlation between manufacturing enterprise resource reorganization and business model innovation,and there is a significant positive correlation between manufacturing enterprise resource relocation and business model innovation.4)Resource reorganization plays an intermediary role in the relationship between manufacturing enterprises’ digital capability and business model innovation,and resource repositioning plays an intermediary role in the relationship between manufacturing enterprises’ digital capability and business model innovation.The combination of this empirical analysis and research theory is helpful to deepen the understanding of traditional manufacturing enterprises on digital capability,resource reconstruction and business model innovation,deepen their enthusiasm for practice in the field of innovation,and supplement new empirical research.It also helps manufacturing enterprises get rid of the shackles of the environment,actively fight the crisis and challenges faced by the digital economy era,and realize the real value creation. |
