Research On The Optimization Of Rural Public Goods Supply In Wuxi Based On Satisfaction Survey

With the release and implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,Wuxi has taken different important measures for the construction of rural areas,including the supply of public goods.Therefore,it has important theoretical and practical significance to study the supply of rural public goods in Wuxi.This paper combined all kinds of literature,theory,law and other corresponding research,focused on the specific projects of public goods supply in Wuxi City,and the principles and methods of economics and management have been used,including public goods theory,public choice theory,institutional change theory,satisfaction survey in the agricultural field,to systematically identify and analyze the current situation of public goods supply in rural areas of Wuxi City and the characteristics of the survey population.Therefore,a questionnaire on the satisfaction of public goods supply in Wuxi rural areas has been designed.The variables in the questionnaire have been assigned and the satisfaction model of Wuxi rural public goods supply has been established.Then,a number of common public products in rural areas were selected,and typical agricultural related rural streets and communities were visited and surveyed in the planning of five parks,five districts,and six belts in Wuxi City.475 valid questionnaires were collected.Then,based on the results of the questionnaire,we summarized and sorted out,and analyzed the indicators,reliability,validity and other related factors,so as to obtain the overall satisfaction of the supply of rural public goods in Wuxi.Then,we established an IPA model for the supply of each type of public goods,and divided the investigated rural public goods into four categories:good performance areas,additional resources areas,slow improvement areas,and key improvement areas.Through IPA model,the supply of public goods in Wuxi is analyzed,and combined with the experience of public goods supply in rural areas abroad,some countermeasures and suggestions for the supply of rural public goods in Wuxi are proposed.Different optimization schemes are proposed for the same regions.Through this survey,the supply of rural public goods in Wuxi is generally good,but there are still many areas that can be improved.If we can combine the changes of China’s major social contradictions in the new era,try to sum up experience and optimize the supply of rural public goods,we can provide some reference for Wuxi rural areas,even other regions in China to optimize the supply of rural public goods.
