The Analysis Of Farmers' Satisfaction Index To Rural Public Goods In Shaanxi Province

The rural residents, as the consumers of rural public goods(RPG), are in a passive position in the supplying process of RPG, while the government, as the supplier is in an initiative position. The invertion of principal position in the supplying position leads to the uneaqual supplication for the consumption. The RPG needed in producing and living are greatly short because the government didn't supply the RPG orientated by the rural residents'consumption. However, some other RPG which are not necessary for the rural residents, are supplied too full. Therefore, it leads to low effiency and great waste. In other words, we should consider more about the needs of the consumers in the supplying process. And it is efficient to invest the goods which are needed urgently. This paper investigated the rural residents'satisfication about supplication of RPG, found out the factors which affected the satisfication. We should suppply the goods based on the rural residents'needs so that we could increase the satisfication and decrease the waste and increase the economical development. Since the rural area of China is very large ,and the rural areas are quite differernt from each others as well, we could not supply the same goods. This paper investgates the satisfaction of rural residents in Shannxi Pronvince, aimed to improve the supplying of the RPG in Shannxi.This paper investigates the present situation of rurul residents'supplication and satisfaction of the consumers, walking into 32 villiages and towns and talking with the rural residents. And more than 600 questionaires were accquared, in which 533 were valid. The important datas were collected in sortin out and analysising the questionaires. Then it analysed the datas with the empirical methods, and then found out the factors affected the satisfaction. It came to the following conclutions:1)The goods which affected the satisfaction are relevant with producing and living;2) There are no significant affection by agriculture extention training, cuture activities and clean energy;3) The rural public goods affected the satisfaction with order of priority.
