Under the current economic development trend,promoting the deep integration of advanced manufacturing and modern service industries is an important way to enhance the core competitiveness of manufacturing,foster a modern industrial system,and achieve high-quality development.As a traditional manufacturing enterprise specializing in plastic mold and injection molding production,HJ Company has introduced customized research and development service mode and established an industrial design research and development center in order to comply with the development trend,so as to provide customers with a complete set of plastic products solutions,promote the enterprise’s added value transfer to the higher part of the value chain--technology and service at both ends,and start to develop service-oriented manufacturing.In the process of transformation,problems such as delayed project development schedule,poor project process control and poor quality control occurred.Customers began to doubt HJ’s project service ability,which would affect the introduction and cooperation of new projects in the future,and thus affect the stable growth of business revenue.This paper takes the improvement of project service quality as the research theme,and makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation of HJ Company’s project service quality.First of all,under the guidance of service value chain,combined with the transformation content of HJ company’s service-oriented manufacturing,the service value chain of HJ Company is drawn.The internal project service quality affects the project output,thereby affecting the customer satisfaction and the willingness of customers to cooperate again.The project manager is the main body to provide services.Therefore,in order to make HJ Company continue to realize the increase of enterprise value,the service quality of the project manager must be improved to form a virtuous cycle of service value chain.Secondly,through extensive investigation and interview,the project service quality evaluation system is constructed,starting from the company’s internal evaluation of the project service and the customer’s evaluation of the project service.Finally,through questionnaire survey,the problems of project service within the company are summarized,including the lack of management ability of the project manager,the limitation of the organizational structure and system of HJ company and the imperfect project management process.Meanwhile,through the evaluation of external customers,the main reasons are summarized as the imperfect project management system of HJ Company.In view of the problems,the author puts forward some measures to strengthen the project manager’s own ability building,optimize the company’s organizational structure and system,and perfect the internal project service management process.The strategy of improving project service quality proposed in this paper is helpful for HJ Company to optimize the service value chain and improve the project service management system.At the same time,it has certain reference value for the industry to improve service quality.
