With the development of economic globalization,the entire chain of manufacturing enterprises from raw materials to customers is spread all over the world.However,frequent geopolitical issues and COVID-19 pandemic in recent years have broken the original relatively stable global supply chain.The partial split has seriously affected the stable operation and cost control of the enterprise.Therefore,supply chain management is becoming more and more important in enterprise management,among which procurement management is getting more and more attention because it has the most direct and crucial impact on enterprise cost and stable operation.With the development of the world economy and technology and the increasingly fierce market competition,both end consumers and corporate customers have more and more requirements for personalized customized products,which leads to the manufacturing industry facing more and more customized non-standard products.There are more and more types of purchases,but the number of purchases of each type is very small.The procurement of non-standard parts with small batches and multiple varieties has gradually emerged,and research on this type of procurement has only begun in recent years.This paper takes K company as the research object,and studies the optimization of K company’s non-standard parts procurement management on the basis of studying and summarizing domestic and foreign procurement management research.Macroscopically,analyze the impact of domestic and foreign political and economic situations on procurement work,the current situation of the industry in which the company is located,and the competitive landscape.Microscopically,conduct research on the details of K company’s internal non-standard parts procurement management,and then sort out the key issues:The management of procurement categories is not detailed,the classification and grading of suppliers is not perfect,the selection method of alternative suppliers during bidding is unscientific,the cost analysis model is unreasonable,and the level of informatization is not high.According to the main problems in the procurement management of K company’s non-standard parts,combined with the corresponding theories,using the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods and model analysis,specific optimization and improvement strategies are proposed,and feasible safeguard measures are given.Specific strategies include refinement and information management of non-standard parts categories,refinement and information management of suppliers,improvement of TCO model elements,digitization of supplier selection and procurement decisions in the inquiry stage.Finally,the tools and methods for improving effect analysis are proposed,and specific implementation safeguard measures are given.
