Research On The Profit Model Of "HH Video Doctor" Under The New Format Of "Internet+medical Care"

The emergence of "Internet plus medical" has provided new ideas for the development of medical services,and is conducive to solving the dilemma of the increasing demand and supply of medical and health services for residents in China."Internet plus medical" is a new mode of production that combines Internet technology with traditional medical services.However,because the Internet plus medical treatment has not yet formed a clear profit model,most enterprises are still in a state of deficit for several years.How to build an effective profit model to make the company profitable and sustainable development is the most urgent problem at present.Taking "gentle video doctor" as an example,this paper analyzes its profit model based on the five factor theory,and gives enlightenment to other similar enterprises.Firstly,based on the relevant literatures at home and abroad,the paper makes a theoretical review of the profit models,the Internet plus profit model and the Internet plus medical profit model.Then,combining the connotation and elements of profit model,the paper analyzes the characteristics and classification of the profit model of Internet plus medical treatment,and expounds the theoretical basis of the Internet plus medical profit model.Finally,combined with the typical case "gentle video doctor",according to the five elements theory of profit model,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis and Research on the profit object,profit point,profit source,profit lever and profit barrier of "gentle video doctor",makes a comparative analysis with the same industry,combines the interview with industry experts and the investigation of Internet user behavior,Analyze the problems existing in its profit model,explore the causes of the problems,and study the countermeasures.I hope these countermeasures can provide reference for improving the profit model of "gentle video doctor",so as to promote the healthy development of China’s"Internet plus medical" industry.The study found that the profit model is not invariable,but changing with the business development.Enterprises can adjust the profit model according to different stages,explore new profit points,expand profit sources and make effective use of profit leverage.Based on the theory of development and change,the theory of enriching the profit model of enterprises has a higher reference value for the analysis and evaluation of profit models of China’s Internet plus medical service enterprises,and provides a new theoretical framework and train of thought for the study of its profit pattern.
