With globalization, countries are becoming more and more connected. In 2013,China proposed the" Belt and Road Initiative ",namely "the Silk Road Economic Belt" and "the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road".The joint construction of the "the Belt and Road" conforms to the trend of world multi-polarization,economic globalization, cultural diversification, and social informatization, adheres to the spirit of open regional cooperation, and is committed to maintaining the global free trade system and an open world economy. This initiative has undoubtedly added new impetus to the trade and economic development of countries along the Belt and Road.In the process of trade development, countries along the belt and Road have actively promoted the development of various trade, including the export of high-tech products,in order to achieve better development. However, the study on the impact degree and mechanism of this initiative on high-tech export trade of countries along the Belt and Road needs to be further detailed and detailed. It is of great practical significance to explore and study the impact of the Belt and Road Initiative on high-tech export trade of countries along the Belt and Road, which can better evaluate the driving role of the Belt and Road Initiative. This studies the impact of "the Belt and Road" on the structure and volume of export trade of countries along the route in the context of the "the Belt and Road".Many countries along the route are emerging economies and developing comtries that are in the period of economic and social structural transformation. There is a lack of a multilateral free trade system and an effective investment cooperation mechanism. The emphasis is on emphasizing that during the implementation of the "the Belt and Road",countries along the route should attach importance to "the Belt and Road",and build a strong international trade export advantage in the new era.At the theoretical level, this paper analyzes the positive impact of "the Belt and Road" on the high-tech export trade of countries along the route. And put forward the characteristics and trends of high-tech exports of countries along "the Belt and Road".On the basis of sorting out relevant literature, this paper further clarifies the research objects:the impact of "the Belt and Road" on the high-tech exports of countries along the route, combined with Merchandise exports,Households and NPISHs Final consumption expenditure per capita, urbanization rate,GDP per capita,Households and NPISHs Final consumption expenditure per capita, and whether to participate in "the Belt and Road" are six factors, and empirical research hypotheses are put forward. This paper uses the PSM-DID method to take "the Belt and Road" as the core explanatory variable,Merchandise exports,Households and NPISHs Final consumption expenditure per capita,Trade in services(percent of GDP),the urbanization rate,GDP per capita, and high-tech exports as the control variables.A regression model is constructed for the explanatory variables.Using the World Bank’s public data, the official website of the "the Belt and Road" and other authoritative databases, collect the corresponding data indicators of 140 countries from 2010 to 2019,carry out basic regression, and draw basic regression conclusions on the basis of controlling countries and time.At the empirical research level, this paper uses the time series data of national and high-tech export trade from 2010 to 2019,and under the guidance of the theory of double difference analysis method, finds the promoting effect of "the Belt and Road" on the high-tech export trade of countries along the route."the Belt and Road" is conducive to the high-tech exports of countries along the route. The research conclusions show that:1."the Belt and Road" has made remarkable achievements, but there are obvious regional differences;2."the Belt and Road" has made remarkable achievements, but the regional differences with different income levels are obvious;3."the Belt and Road" has a positive role in promoting high-technology exports;4.GDP Per capita, urbanization rate,Merchandise exports,Households and NPISHs Final consumption expenditure per capita,Trade in services(percent of GDP)have a moderating effect on high-tech exports. The research believes that:1.Accelerate the participation of Asia,Africa and low-income regions in the "Belt and Road" and enhance high-tech exports;2.Further adjust urban living and work policies to increase the number of urban population;3.Actively adjust service trade policies to effectively prevent Crowding effect.
