Research On The Optimization Scheme Of R&D Cost Management Of X Biopharmaceutical Company

The market demand for innovative drugs has driven the development of the biopharmaceutical industry,but the difficulty of new drug research and development is high,the cost of R&D labor and laboratory is high,the R&D process is complex and expensive,which directly leads to the high price of drugs,indirectly hinders the development of biopharmaceutical companies,in the case of such a complex industry environment,this paper grasps the research point of R&D cost management,conducts an in-depth analysis for X biopharmaceutical company,and adopts the research method of earned value management analysis method,target cost and operating cost.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the current process of cost management of new drug R&D of X biopharmaceutical company,such as insufficient cost budget,lack of informatization,digitalization and automation,unclear project exit mechanism,weak awareness of cost management of R&D personnel,etc.,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the reasons for these problems,and a constructive optimization plan is also proposed according to the analysis results.For example,emphasize the importance of cost budget,introduce intelligent software and hardware and management systems such as informatization,digitalization and automation,clarify the project exit mechanism,and add the cultivation of cost management awareness to the construction of corporate culture.In order to ensure the real implementation of the above plan,this paper also puts forward some safeguard measures at the end,and at the same time makes up for the shortcomings of the program that cannot show results in a short period of time and give program evaluation.
