| In recent years,my country has continuously optimized its financial environment,implemented interest rate liberalization reform,and introduced a deposit insurance system.At the same time,China’s banking industry is facing the erosion of Internet finance,and financial disintermediation is becoming more and more serious.China’s banking industry is facing a series of The development environment is undergoing drastic changes,and the pressure on bank operations is increasing.However,under the new normal,the next five years will still be a period of strategic opportunities for the transformation and development of banks.As one of the twelve national joint-stock commercial banks,SZ Bank is relatively small in overall scale.It is currently in a period of rapid network expansion and has great potential for development.As a newly established branch,Qingdao Branch is in the initial stage of business development and has not yet been able to formulate a sound development strategy.In view of this,this paper selects the Qingdao branch of SZ Bank as the research object,based on the theory of development strategy,combined with the practice and experience of the author from the establishment of the bank for four years,and makes full use of the five forces model,PEST analysis method and SWOT analysis method to formulate its development strategy The macro environment,industry environment and internal environment faced were analyzed,and based on the results of the environmental analysis,combined with the idea of the SWOT analysis method,a SWOT analysis matrix was constructed.Using the analysis matrix,it was determined that Qingdao branches should make full use of external opportunities to give full play to the Qingdao of SZ Bank.The internal advantages of the branch,seize the favorable policy market environment and strategic opportunities,and actively develop the SO development strategy of the business.On the basis of determining the SO development strategy of the Qingdao branch of SZ Bank,the strategic goal of the branch was further put forward,and the integrated financial strategy in the field of modern agricultural construction,the key financial service strategy for the marine industry of "Jing Lue Ocean",In the field of "new infrastructure",there are three overall strategies including the strategy of reshaping the financial service model,and four functional strategies including marketing,talent,internal control,and product development.Finally,according to the overall strategy and functional strategy formulated,the guarantee measures for the implementation of the development strategy of SZ Bank Qingdao branch are put forward,including the guarantee of professional product research and development team,approval and risk management guarantee,organization structure and team building guarantee. |
