With the development of science and technology,the division of production is becoming more and more detailed,and the technical requirements of each post are also becoming higher and higher.With the development of the economy,enterprises are facing more and more fierce competition,and the need to improve the core business competitiveness is becoming more and more intense,even becoming the basis of enterprise survival.Therefore,the outsourcing of non-core business has become the trend of the times,especially now that the economic development has slowed down and entered the new normal,and the outsourcing service industry has grown stronger and stronger with the weakening of the economy.This is the inevitable result of intensive cultivation and optimization of enterprise structure.One direction of outsourcing service business development is long-term on-site projects.The advantage of long-term on-site projects is that it is convenient for Party A to make quick use of Party B’s human and technical resources and provide Party A with more timely and accurate business support.At the same time,the project system also reduces the management difficulty of Party A.However,the project is restricted by three factors:time,scope and resources.Especially for long-term resident projects,human resources are the largest and even the only resources.Therefore,employee training is an important part of long-term on-site project management.This paper takes the long-term resident projects of S Company as the research object,and uses three methods of literature research,expert interview and questionnaire.It is concluded that the problems faced by long-term resident projects are the lack of human resources and the lack of sense of belonging of employees.Combined with the relevant theories of employee training mode,it is analyzed that the reasons are six problems in employee training mode.Then,according to the project situation and the training theory,an optimization plan is made for these problems.It is hoped that through the optimization of the existing staff training mode,the staff of long-term resident projects can improve their work ability and reduce the turnover rate,and solve the problem of human resource shortage.
