Research On The Mechanism And Performance Of The Industry-Finance Integration Mode Of The Far East Horizon

As a new type of financial institution,the financial leasing industry has played an important role in optimizing the industrial structure,and has also greatly promoted the development of the real economy.However,with the rapid development of the global economy,financial leasing companies have become increasingly competitive,with limited and declining profit sources,and the quality of leased assets has repeatedly barely passed the test,which poses new challenges to the business model of the financial leasing industry.A financial leasing company positioned as a financial institution,in line with the diversified development goals,is also exploring the real industry field,using the industry-finance integration strategy model to break through the barriers to business development,and expand profit sources and achieve synergies through the effective and organic combination of finance and industry.This paper takes the leading player in the financial leasing industry,Far East Horizon Co.,Ltd.as a research case,and focuses on the analysis of the impact mechanism,role path and effect of its strategic model of integration of industry and finance on company performance.Using financial index analysis method,Du Pont analysis system and other methods to study the implementation effect of the integration of industry and finance from the perspective of business.The first question is what is the integration strategy of industry and finance.First,the successful cases of the integration of industry and finance of Far East Company are reviewed,including the development process of the integration strategy of industry and finance of Far East Company and the current situation of integration of industry and finance.The purpose of the strategy and the premise guarantee for the successful implementation of the integration strategy of industry and finance are sorted out;then it is explored how the integration of industry and finance has an impact on the performance of the Far East Company,using financial indicator analysis methods from the financial sector and the industrial sector respectively.This paper analyzes the impact path and mechanism of the integration of industry and finance on the performance of the Far East;finally,it explores what effect the integration of industry and finance has on the performance of the Far East.Analyzed the overall profitability of the Far East Company,compared the important indicators of Far East Company with the industry average,and further analyzed the impact of the integration of industry and finance.Through the case study of Far East Horizon Co.,Ltd.’s implementation of the integration strategy of industry and finance,this paper finds that the main financial sector of Far East Company under the integration of industry and finance is operating steadily,the business of the industrial sector is also gradually developing,and the organic integration of finance and industry brings to the company.Positive effect,synergistic effect is obvious.
