| With the development of economy and society,people’s demand for safety is growing.Security companies have gradually become an important auxiliary force to assist public security organs in maintaining "one party’s safety".J security group was established in 2009,formerly known as J security company.It is a state-owned enterprise and an enterprise group providing diversified security services.At the beginning of its establishment,the group mainly focused on security services.With the continuous diversification of social security service needs,the group began to expand the field of security services and gradually carry out armed escort,financial guard,financial outsourcing,technical prevention,dog prevention,risk assessment and other businesses;At the same time,expand non security businesses,including business exhibitions,funeral services,parking management,seal engraving,cultural media,etc.However,the group has not made a clear plan for the overall development layout,so that the group has many business categories,involves a wide range of fields,and each business field is relatively independent and lacks core competitiveness,resulting in the unsatisfactory development of the enterprise.During the 13 th Five Year Plan period,the group recognized this problem and divided its business segments into six segments: "security services","financial services","automobile services","livelihood services","exhibition services" and "funeral services".However,due to the diversified development of the group,problems such as dispersing resources,increasing management difficulties and weakening core competitiveness gradually emerged,In addition,novel coronavirus pneumonia and other factors have affected the development of J group in recent years.This thesis analyzes the development of J group through pest,Porter’s five forces model,GE Matrix and other analysis tools,explores the next development direction of the group,formulates the strategic optimization scheme,and puts forward the measures to ensure the implementation of the strategy.Firstly,it puts forward the background of this thesis,expounds the concept of security service industry,diversification strategy theory and strategic optimization theory,and defines the research content and boundary of this thesis;Secondly,it summarizes the basic situation,diversified development process and the development of each business segment of J group;Through macro environment analysis and industry environment analysis,find out the opportunities and threats faced by the group’s external environment,as well as the internal strengths and weaknesses,and interpret the group’s response ability to the internal and external environment.At the same time,it analyzes the business combination of the group through Ge matrix,evaluates each strategic business unit,puts forward the problems existing in the current development strategy layout of the group,and analyzes the feasibility and necessity of the optimization of the group’s development strategy.Then,on this basis,it puts forward the development strategy optimization scheme of J group,and defines the overall goal of the group’s future development,market layout and the strategic adjustment of each business segment.Finally,it puts forward the safeguard measures for the optimization of the group’s development strategy from six aspects:deepening enterprise reform,optimizing organizational structure,strengthening talent construction,improving management mechanism,improving business ability and building corporate culture.J security group is a typical representative of local state-owned security enterprises.The research results of this thesis can not only provide practical reference for the optimization and adjustment of J security group’s development strategy,but also provide reference for discussing the development trend of security service industry,optimizing strategic layout and accurately positioning security enterprises. |
