Today,the financial crisis has a great impact on many industries,and the diversification which can reduce the business risk will undoubtedly give enterprises a chip to deal with the financial crisis.Diversification strategy is a development strategy chosen by many multinational groups and famous enterprises both at home and abroad.The shipbuilding industry is a cyclical industry,if the ship enterprise is engaged in a single business,it is easy to cause operational risk,so the diversificationof shipping enterprises is also a common phenomenon.However,the diversification strategy is not an agent that can "cure all the disease",it also has its disadvantages,how to reasonably carry out diversification,is a problem that the enterprise should pay attention to.DSIC adjust the structure,carry out diversification In 2008,there are naval ships,civilian ships,offshore engineering,ship repair/recycling and heavy industries five industry sectors,but in the face of the complicated external environment and fierce market competition environment,there exists some problems in the development of multi ship group,need to be more reasonable the layout of its own industrial structure,strategic planning,clear positioning and product diversification development direction,so as to optimize the better diversification strategyThis paper uses the method of combining theory and practice,after expounding the diversification status of ship group,starting from the external environment of enterprises,focusing on the diversified development of the external environment on the ship group the PEST analysis method and the Porter's five forces model,analysis of internal resources and capabilities,and elaborates the characteristics of the shipbuilding industry.This paper uses the Boston matrix to analyze and locate the existing five major industries of DSIC,plans the key industries,and points out the development direction and measures,so as to provide an optimized plan for the diversified development ofDSIC.In order to ensure the realization of the strategic objectives,this paper puts forward the guarantee conditions for the implementation of the diversified development strategy at the end of this paper.Through the diversified development strategy of ship industry key enterprises,to evaluate and analyze the enterprise diversification strategy,and puts forward the optimization scheme,the optimization strategy for other enterprises in the same industry diversified development,can also play a certain significance.
