A Research On Production Planning Optimization For CW Company Based On Mass Customization

The execution process of the production plan is a key factor for testing whether each enterprise is currently operating normally.The concrete manifestation in the daily execution process is whether all links of the enterprise are organized and coordinated in an orderly manner.The trend of consumers pursuing diversified and personalized products has become more and more intense with the changes of the times and the development of the economy.Mass customization production has emerged in this context,and is increasingly being adopted by various companies to manage their daily production operations,because it not only provides diversified products to meet increasingly demanding consumer groups,but also reflects a clear cost advantage.The research object of this article is the production plan of CW company.It analyzes the problems and reasons of order management,master production plan,material plan and production execution plan,and proposes a method of mass customization.Optimize the existing production plan.For order management,we propose to optimize order management in terms of contract review,short order deadlines,and large fluctuations in order demand.Through mass customization,safety stocks are set up based on the past consumption of general semifinished products and parts.For customized parts,after the customer order is signed,the production planner then schedules the production and enters the manufacturing process.Regarding the master production plan,focus on analyzing the stability of production orders,process control and information transmission.The flow of production plan execution is optimized through mass customization.First,general semi-finished products are planned in large quantities according to expected demand or safety stock settings,and shop orders are created uniformly.For the formal customer orders placed by the sales of customized parts,follow-up plans are arranged separately and workshop orders are created.By reducing the abnormality,to ensure the normal delivery of the product.Regarding material planning,it analyzed the problems of material supply in the production execution process,and then proposed to optimize the material procurement plan,optimize the supplier selection mechanism and quantity,and transfer non-core components from self-made to outsourcing to ensure the normal implementation of the plan.Regarding the production execution plan,this article focuses on the analysis of the long supply cycle of the operation plan,combined with the production characteristics of the enterprise,and establishes a customized operation mode of mass production to meet the diverse needs of customers.Finally,a series of safeguard measures,such as system,technology and manpower,are proposed to ensure the normal development of mass customization production methods in CW.
