Research On Financial Risk Evaluation Of Sunflower Pharmaceutical Group Co.,Ltd.

With the improvement of my country’s economic level and the increase in people’s health needs,the development of the pharmaceutical industry has become the focus of attention of the country and citizens,and its position in the national economy has become more and more important.The development of the pharmaceutical industry is closely related to the health of the people.The state has promulgated a series of policies to support the development of the industry.The pharmaceutical industry has officially entered the stage of industrial upgrading,optimization and reform,and opportunities and risks coexist.However,due to the late start of my country’s pharmaceutical industry,the lack of experience in facing financial risks,and the lack of financial risk related research in pharmaceutical companies,the thesis selected Sunflower Pharmaceutical as the research object,hoping to fill in the blank of financial risk management research on pharmaceutical companies.Sunflower Pharmaceutical Group is a large-scale pharmaceutical enterprise group with business scope covering pharmaceutical manufacturing,research and development,sales and other fields.The thesis adopts the literature research method and the case research method,through collecting,reading,summarizing and sorting out relevant domestic and foreign topic literature to pave the way for the theory,and combined with the industry background,national policies,and corporate information to evaluate the financial risk of Sunflower Pharmaceutical.The thesis firstly identified the financial risks of Sunflower Pharmaceutical from the aspects of financing,investment,capital recovery and income distribution.The identification results showed that Sunflower Pharmaceutical’s financing scale is small,and there are certain investment risks,profit risks and income distribution risks.Mainly caused by external and internal factors;then compared the pros and cons of popular financial risk evaluation methods,combined with the results of financial risk identification and the requirements of the model itself,established a financial risk evaluation index system and a principal component analysis-based sunflower pharmaceutical industry Comprehensive evaluation model of financial risk.The results of peer comparison show that the financial risk of Sunflower Pharmaceutical is at a medium level in the industry.The root cause of all financial risks is poor profitability,and operating income and net profit have been declining for several consecutive years.Finally,the thesis looks at the company’s management level,At the operating level,financing level,investment level and income distribution level,the sunflower pharmaceutical industry’s financial risk prevention measures have been proposed.
