| With the continuous enrichment of China’s capital market,there are many financial products in the market,among which private equity investment funds have a very high share in the capital market.Private equity investment fund was initially developed in western developed countries.At present,they have also become a fashion upsurge in the investment community in China.This dissertation takes GC private equity investment fund management Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "GC company" or "company")as an empirical case of this study,and carries out an overall research on the performance management scheme implemented by GC company through references,data access and questionnaire survey.The content of this dissertation is mainly divided into the following parts: the first part takes the development of China’s private equity investment fund industry and the current situation of company operation as the research background,and refers to the relevant content research at home and abroad to clarify the theoretical and practical significance of this research;The second part mainly expounds the current organizational structure of the enterprise and the actual situation of the performance management scheme,and makes an in-depth analysis of the deficiencies and related reasons in the performance management scheme formulated by the enterprise;The third part mainly designs a perfect performance management mechanism in line with the future development of the company based on the existing theoretical system of performance management;The fourth part mainly expounds the optimization scheme of the existing performance management mechanism,and formulates and implements a series of matching guarantee measures.Through the in-depth analysis of the above four parts,we hope that the performance management of GC company can be optimized,the performance management level can be improved,and promote the implementation of performance management of small and micro private equity fund management companies.After a series of analysis and research,it is concluded that the performance management system plays an important role in the company’s operation.The management especially needs to pay attention to performance communication and feedback.A good performance management system can promote the rapid development of the enterprise. |
