Research On The Budget Management Of M Transportation Bureau

With the promulgation of the new budget law,China’s requirements for the budget management of public institutions are becoming more and more strict.Transportation institutions also play an important role in local economic development and social people’s livelihood.The research on their budget management can promote the standardization and efficiency of their use of funds.Therefore,this research is necessary.Taking m Transportation Bureau as an analysis case,combined with the relevant theoretical research of budget management at home and abroad and the actual situation of budget work of M Transportation Bureau,this paper studies and analyzes the actual situation and existing problems of budget management of M Transportation Bureau.It is considered that there are some problems in its actual work,such as lax budget preparation,ineffective budget execution control,and mere formality of budget performance management.These problems are mainly due to the imperfect budget management organization system,the lack of effective budget implementation control,and the weakening of budget supervision mechanism.According to the causes of the problems,this paper puts forward some improvement suggestions on the budgeting process,budget execution control and budget performance management,hoping to solve the practical problems in the work of M Transportation Bureau,effectively improve the level of its budget management,and improve the efficiency of its fund utilization.Taking m Transportation Bureau as the research object,combined with the relevant theoretical basis of budget management and the research of scholars at home and abroad,this study analyzes its budget management and puts forward improvement suggestions,which can provide a certain reference for the budget management of other urban transportation industry institutions at the same level as m city,It also provides a new case for the research of budget management of administrative institutions in China,which has a certain theoretical value.In practice,optimizing and improving the whole process of budget management of M Transportation Bureau can effectively improve the level of budget management of M Transportation Bureau and improve the efficiency of financial fund use.
