Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,the e-commerce develops rapidly in our country,and with the gradually prominent position of logistics industry,the talent level of enterprises has a significant impact on their competitiveness.As an enterprise in the logistics industry,W is quite different from the enterprises in other service industries,which provides the products that are not physical goods but transportation services.Therefore,the competition of enterprises in this industry is mainly reflected in the service experience of customers offered by front-line staff as well as the price at which customers pay for the services,which determines the significance of employee training.The employees in this industry feature the fact that the majority of the enterprises’ employees are on the front-line,and most of the employees are migrant workers,with the turnover rate as high as 30% in this industry.At present,under the condition of normalized epidemic prevention and control,the method of new employee training also needs to be changed accordingly.Based on the D.L.Kirkpatriek’s four-level evaluation model and Goldstein’s three-level model and other theoretical models,this paper conducts research on the content in the aspect of new employee training through such methods as literature research,one-way analysis of variance,questionnaire research,analytic hierarchy process and independent sample t-test.First of all,this paper explores and analyzes W enterprise’s new employee training plan,conduct a pre-survey on the research object using the analytic hierarchy process,select the key factors that affect the satisfaction of new employee training,and formulate the satisfaction questionnaire according to the key factors.On the basis of the independent sample t-test and one-way analysis of variance,the paper statistically tests the differences in the new employees’ satisfaction who are in different education backgrounds,positions and ages are statistically tested,and the aspects with low satisfaction are selected for the second targeted questionnaire survey.Through the two questionnaires and the in-depth interview,this paper sorts out the existing problems in the current new employee training,analyzes and improves the new employee training system.Finally,the improvement measures on the company’s new employee training are put forward on the basis of above analysis.Through the optimization of the new employee training system of the enterprise,the employee training theory is applied to the new employee training of the enterprise.In this way,the qualities and abilities of the enterprise’s talents can be improved,and the competitive strength of the enterprise can be enhanced,assisting the enterprise in better realization of its own value and social value.
