| Improving the training system,deepening the combination of production and teaching,and cooperation between schools and enterprises are the new requirements for the construction of China’s training system in the new era.China’s training system development is late,especially in China’s logistics industry;the current situation of talent development is not satisfactory.Compared with the western developed countries,the level of the logistics industry in China is generally low.With the high importance of the Chinese government in the logistics industry in recent years,more than 400 colleges and universities in China have set up the courses of logistics and other related specialties.However,the periodicity of talent training is long,and the rapid development of the abortion industry is still difficult to meet.Therefore,in such a large environment,for logistics enterprises,establishing a set of standardized training system and training system to attract and train the talents of this unit has become the most critical task of the contemporary logistics enterprises in the category of human resources.This paper analyzes the present situation of B logistics company’s human resource system and the problems found,studies the training design system of enterprise staff,designs solutions for the existing problems of B logistics company,establishes a scientific training system,and promotes the sustainable development of B logistics company.This paper first analyzes the current situation and characteristics of B logistics company’s human resources and discusses the shortcomings of company’s training.Then from the five aspects of the training organization system,curriculum system,lecturer system,system and guarantee system,a more suitable staff training system is designed for the B logistics company.Through the research of this paper,the new employee training system is designed for B Logistics Company,which makes the staff training of B Logistics Company more planning;the staff training of B Logistics Company can meet the needs of employees to maximize the interest of employees.The staff training of B Logistics Company is more targeted,and the content of the training is clearly divided by the classification of the training courses. |
