| With the establishment of the current market-oriented system,it is necessary to improve efficiency and control construction costs in the process of project construction,to develop a set of reasonable and effective project cost management tools,to strengthen the balance of quality and progress control,to introduce refined management programs and methods,and to introduce a scientific and reasonable and effective control system in the key links to improve the core competitiveness of construction enterprises.The traditional cost management concept has failed to keep up with the requirements of development,and the cost refinement management theory of construction projects is pursued by more and more construction organizations,and the use of cost refinement theory has become an effective way for construction enterprises to achieve the guarantee of construction quality and the pursuit of economic benefits in the project implementation management.The paper combines the water A project as the main object of study,through the project background information,pre-feasibility study report and the construction of the last three months,to find out the problems of project cost management;and with the ideas and methods of refinement management,the specific implementation plan of project cost refinement management is proposed.The paper is analyzed through the following parts.Firstly,the literature research method was used to review a large amount of literature and analyze the theories related to cost management to fully explore the connotation of project cost management and the main points and development of cost control.Meanwhile,the overview of the current state of research in China and abroad was provided as well.With the current status of cost control of Water A project,the research content and method of this paper are proposed.Then,we combine theory and practice,and summarize the process and current status of cost control in Project A according to the actual cost control in Project A.With the theory related to cost control,we use the earned value method to analyze the deviation of project schedule and cost,find out the causes and key points of cost control problems,and propose that the specific implementation plan of applying cost refinement management should be designed in terms of organizational structure,functional division of labor and responsibility assessment.We propose an improvement plan for refinement of project cost management based on the earned value method to identify the reasons for the inconsistency between actual project schedule and schedule plan,actual cost and planned cost,and to correct and improve the factors affecting them.The correction is used to verify the important role of fine management for project construction.Through the analysis of this paper,it is of great importance to standardize and implement cost control in the construction of projects of water supply industry,and to take timely tracking,inspection and analysis to find out the deviation of cost and schedule and take effective corrective measures in time.We wish that the study on the refinement of cost management of water supply project construction projects in this paper will provide thoughts for other projects in solving the problems of cost and schedule,and play a reference role for the refinement of cost management of project construction in water supply industry. |
