Research On Evaluation And Countermeasures Of Digital Agriculture Development Level In Henan Province

The development of digital agriculture can meet the needs of rural revitalization,realize the transformation of agricultural and rural economy to digital and modern industrial chain,promote the reform of agricultural supply-side structure,accelerate the realization of agricultural modernization,and enhance the speed of the development of digital economy.Henan Province is located in the middle of China,is an important agricultural big province,grain production and all kinds of meat,egg and milk production has steadily ranked in the forefront of the country for many years,in the development of digital agriculture has its own advantages and disadvantages,but also faces opportunities and challenges.In the context of the rapid development of big data,Internet of things and 5G technology,Henan Province’s efforts to develop digital agriculture is a major measure to respond to the call of the country and conform to the development trend of The Times.This paper takes digital agriculture in Henan Province as the research object,based on the development status and level of digital agriculture in Henan province,analyzes the main problems existing in digital agriculture at the present stage,and puts forward targeted suggestions and countermeasures based on the problems.Firstly,the paper expounds the background and significance of the research,and introduces the development status of digital agriculture at home and abroad.On the basis of other scholars’ research,combined with their own understanding of the connotation of digital agriculture,summed up the concept of digital agriculture;by introducing the development status of agriculture and digital agriculture in Henan Province,this paper analyzes the development environment of digital agriculture,establishes a model and evaluates the development level of digital agriculture in Henan Province in recent 5years by using the method of entropy weight.The results show that although the digital agriculture in Henan Province is developing steadily,there is a big gap compared with the domestic advanced areas,and it is still in the primary stage of development.Based on the analysis of the development status and level,the prominent problems existing in the development process of the digital agriculture in Henan Province are summarized.Including the top-level design is not clear,the basic system and standards are not perfect,digital agriculture talent shortage,digital agriculture financing difficulties.Therefore,in the future development of digital agriculture in Henan Province,it is necessary to strengthen the top-level design,accelerate the construction of digital basic system and standards,cultivate and expand the digital agricultural talent team,and expand the financing channels of digital agriculture.
