Evaluation And Countermeasures Of Digital Agriculture Development Level In Chahar Right Wing Front Banner

In recent years,digital agriculture has attracted increasing attention both domestically and internationally as an emerging agricultural development model.The Chinese government places high importance on the development of digital agriculture and has implemented policies and measures to promote sustainable agricultural development.In 2018,the National Development and Reform Commission issued the "Opinions on Supporting the Development of Digital Agriculture," which proposed a series of support policies,including the establishment of a policy system,investment and construction support,improvement of information technology infrastructure,promotion of technical support,and development of services.Inner Mongolia has been actively promoting the development of digital agriculture in line with the national trend.The government has been working to improve agricultural information technology infrastructure,promote agricultural technology research and development,and facilitate agricultural service development,making digital agriculture a critical support for modern agricultural development.The government of Chahar Right Wing Front Banner is also committed to promoting the development of digital agriculture,vigorously supporting the construction of smart agriculture,implementing agricultural information technology,promoting agricultural technology research and development,facilitating agricultural service development,and constructing an agricultural service system.To promote the development of digital agriculture,the government of Chahar Right Wing Front Banner has implemented measures such as subsidies,training,and credit system construction to support local farmers in receiving digital agriculture training,enabling them to better utilize digital agricultural technology and resources to improve agricultural efficiency and income.In summary,digital agriculture has received extensive attention and support in China,Inner Mongolia,and Chahar Right Wing Front Banner,and has become a critical factor in promoting agricultural modernization and sustainable development.This article is supported by innovation theory,production factor allocation theory,and industry integration theory.The research methods used include literature review,indicator system construction,comparative analysis,and empirical analysis.Based on the current status of digital agriculture development in Chahar Right Wing Front Banner,six primary indicators were established: development environment,basic support,production informatization,management informatization,rural governance informatization,and service informatization,as well as 16 secondary indicators.The statistical data of the indicators were processed using the normalization method to standardize them,and the entropy weight method was used to determine the weight of the indicators,evaluating the overall score of Chahar Right Wing Front Banner’s digital agriculture development level from 2019 to 2021.At the same time,the digital agriculture development level of Zhuozi and Fengzhen,Ulanqab City in 2021 was selected for horizontal comparison Using a time dimension and horizontal comparison analysis,this article summarizes the problems currently existing in the digital agriculture development of Chahar Right Wing Front Banner,including insufficient production informatization capability,insufficient management informatization capability,insufficient innovation driving capability,non-advanced mechanisms and systems,and insufficient funding.Finally,targeted policy recommendations are proposed,including improving production informatization capability,improving management informatization capability,enhancing innovation driving capability,gradually improving mechanisms and systems,and increasing funding.By addressing the issues in the process of digital agriculture development in Chahar Right Wing Front Banner,promoting the integration of digital technology and the agricultural rural economy,realizing the sustainable development of digital agriculture,and promoting rural revitalization and the accelerated implementation of the digital agriculture strategy.
