Study On The Value-added Path Of The Whole Industrial Chain Of Seawater Rice In Leizhou Peninsula

Since China’s economic development entered a new stage,the CPC Central Committee has continued to pay attention to the grain issue.In 2022,No.1 central document pointed out that effective supply of important agricultural products should be guaranteed.Rice is one of the three major staple foods in China.Rice has always been the staple food of the Chinese people.At the same time,China is the largest rice producer and consumer in the world.The safe production and effective supply of rice play an important role in China’s food security strategy and social stability.However,with the complex changes of consumption structure and market demand in recent years,coupled with the limited land area for planting ordinary rice,it has caused great obstacles to solve the food problem.The emergence of seawater rice has provided a new way to solve the grain problem in China.However,the seawater rice industry is in its infancy,and the value-added of the industrial chain still faces many difficulties and challenges.Taking this as the starting point,this paper comprehensively uses the economic principles such as industrial chain value-added theory,modular theory and six industry theory,and uses the methods of qualitative analysis,system analysis and interview to study the value-added path of the whole industrial chain of seawater rice in Leizhou Peninsula,the birthplace of seawater rice.Firstly,it combs the research literature on the whole rice industry chain at home and abroad.On this basis,it carries out field research on the whole seawater rice industry chain in Leizhou Peninsula,expounds its value-added status,summarizes the problems in the value-added process,and deeply analyzes the causes of the problems.Then it analyzes the value-added mechanism of the whole industry chain of Leizhou Peninsula,and divides the value-added system of the whole seawater rice industry chain of Leizhou Peninsula into six value-added modules according to the modular theory.Finally,according to the previous research and combined with the actual situation of Leizhou Peninsula,it puts forward the value-added path of the whole seawater rice industry chain of Leizhou Peninsula.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The appreciation of the whole industrial chain of seawater rice in Leizhou Peninsula has achieved certain results.Through the path of "University + company +Internet",the yield per mu of excellent varieties of seawater rice has reached 500 kg / mu.Due to the investment of scientific research strength of colleges and universities,the appreciation effect in the upstream of the whole industrial chain is more prominent,but there are still problems such as high cost of saline alkali land improvement,small scale of rural labor force,overcapacity of processing enterprises,insufficient market share The connection between various links is not close enough.(2)aiming at the problems of the value-added of Leizhou Peninsula seawater rice industry chain,combined with its value-added mechanism analysis and according to the modularity theory,the annual industrial chain value of Leizhou Peninsula seawater rice is divided into six value-added modules,namely,value-added modules,value-added service modules,famous brand value-added modules,mass added and scale added modules,"Internet plus" value-added modules,and chain link value-added modules.And for the six modules,six value-added paths are proposed,namely,the value-added path of "talent training + technological innovation","value-added path of three production and integration+ six industrial parks",value-added service path of "modern service + new operation mode","value-added leading enterprises + famous brands","value-added warning of risk warning + evasion",and "Internet plus electricity supplier" value-added path.
