Northeast China has become a new center of rice production,and the healthy development of rice industry in Northeast China is an important factor that affecting the stability of China's grain market.In recent years,the changing consumption structure from flour to rice in North China and indica to japonica in South China increases the demand for rice,and leads to the rapid development of japonica rice in Northeast China.But it also faces problems of low production efficiency and weak value-added ability.It mainly shown in the following aspects:the high cost and risk in the upper industry chain;the over processing capacity and lack of innovation in the middle industry train;the excessive sale competition and brand management confusion in the downstream industry chain,etc.In order to realize the transformation and upgrading of the rice industry chain in Northeast China,it needs to stand on awhole perspective of value chain to analysis value-added opportunities,build innovation path and mechanism of the whole rice industry chain of value-added,increase the motivity and capacity of the chain members to realize the coordinated development.Based on the comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign research results about the whole rice industry chain,according to the theory of value chain,industrial integration theory,contract theory,symbiosis theory and incentive theory,using the PEST analysis method,Tobit model,AHP analysis method,variable analysis,evolutionary game model method,this thesis aims to realize the intrest of Northeast rice industry chain members collaboratively,it puts forward and defines the value-added connotation and opportunity,and estimates the main members' demanding and its influencing factors,and design value-added innovation path and mechanism of the whole rice industry chain in Northeast China.Combined with the analysis of typical cases,it also summarizes the value-added models and optimal strategies of different types of industry chain.This paper is divided into four parts.The part of systematical understanding and value-added opportunities analysis focuses on the analysis of the development status,basic characteristics,the cost and profit situation of each link,and existing problems of rice industry chain in Northeast China.This paper puts forward the concept of the value-added of the whole rice industry chain in Northeast China,and comprehensively analyses value-added industry chain from perspectives of value-added product,value-added service,value-added brand,value-added scale,value-added platform and value-added link.Meanwhile,it design models to measure the whole rice value-added industry chain in Northeast China under different situations.The part of subject demand and synergistic analysis of target interests firstly describes the value needs of different links in industry chain,such as the main rice producers,processingcompanies,logisticscompanies,consumers and the government,and then constructs the value target system of the whole rice industry chain in Northeast China from the point view of cost,risk,utility,safety,opportunity,and uses the analytic hierarchy process and the Tobit model to solve the influential factors to the value target system,including the chain competitiveness of the core enterprises in the industry chain,the rationality of industry chain contract,the development level of modern agricultural service industry,and the complexity of industry chain.The part of value-added path design and mechanismsecruityisunder the guidance of the value-added target system.Firstly,it designs a whole value-added supply chain managementmodel,including establish the production base in the upstream,the investment of circulation and processing in themiddle section,and the development of sales channel in the downstream.Secondly,from the perspective of the evolution and development of the industrial chain,it designs innovation paths of industrial chain patterns,industrial chain group patterns,and industrial chain network patterns.Lastly,with the rapid development of internet technology,it summarize the change and influence that the "Internet Plus" brings to the whole rice industry chain systematically,and it predicts the future trend of transformation of the whole rice industry chain in Northeast China is "the core enterprise + value-added of the whole industry chain" innovation path,and "platform ecosystem circle + mid-small enterprise cluster" innovation path.In order to realize these three kinds of innovation paths,this paper designs dynamic strengthening mechanism,distribution incentive mechanism,and symbiosis optimization mechanism to strengthen the motive force,increase behavior coordination,and improve the organization's interdependence.The part of value-added empirical analysis and strategy research applies the research results to practical companies,including Jinma Group,Beidahuang Group,and COFCO,and it constructs the evaluation index system of value-added of the whole rice industry chain.Based on the comparative analysis of the evaluation results,this paper puts forward the solution and optimal strategy of the whole value-added rice industry chain in Northeast China,and provide examples and methods for similar subjects.
