The Influence Of The Development Of China’s Cold Chain Logistics On The International Trade Of Fresh Agricultural Products

With the acceleration of globalization,the international trade of fresh agricultural products in China has developed rapidly.Cold chain logistics can create time value,space value and international competitiveness of fresh agricultural products.However,at present,the development level of cold chain logistics in China is uneven,the circulation efficiency is low,and the ability of converting input into output is weak.Reducing the cost of cold chain logistics and scientific allocation of cold chain logistics resources are important ways to improve the level of cold chain logistics to cultivate new kinetic energy of fresh agricultural products international trade and promote the sustainable development of fresh agricultural products international trade.Therefore,under the new development pattern,it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to explore the influence of the development of cold chain logistics on the international trade of fresh agricultural products.The paper mainly studies the influence of China’s cold chain logistics development on the international trade of fresh agricultural products.At the qualitative level,It includes the international trade scale,commodity structure and market distribution of fresh agricultural products,the development status,development opportunities and existing problems of cold chain logistics;Explore the influence mechanism of cold chain logistics development on the international trade of fresh agricultural products.At the quantitative level,a number of factors affecting the development of cold chain logistics are selected as variables,and the entropy weight method is adopted to calculate the data from 2013 to 2020.Then the variable with high usual-weight coefficient,that is,Several variables affecting the development of of cold chain logistics and fresh agricultural products trade are constructed to build an an inter-provincial panel data model,the overall trade effect of cold chain logistics is studied,Regional heterogeneity analysis and robustness test were performed.Finally,based on qualitative and quantitative research results,put forward some specific suggestions and measures.The study found that:(1)In recent years,the international trade of fresh agricultural products in China has made great progress,especially the fresh products of fruits,vegetables and aquatic products,but the market concentration is relatively high.(2)Under many opportunities such as policy dividend and "One Belt and One Road" initiative,China’s cold chain logistics infrastructure is increasingly improved,and cold storage capacity,refrigerated vehicles and cold chain talents are increasing day by day.However,there are also multiple shortcomings,such as the low level of development of cold chain facilities,the frequent occurrence of "broken chain",and the slow development of third-party cold chain logistics.(3)The development of cold chain logistics in China has an influence on the international trade of fresh agricultural products from four paths:expanding trade scale,expanding trade market,affecting trade price and improving international circulation efficiency.(4)The results of the entropy weight method show that the cold storage capacity,the number of refrigerated trucks and cold chain talent are important factors affecting the development level of cold chain logistics.The panel data regression results show that the development of cold chain logistics plays an an important fundamental role in promoting the international trade of fresh agricultural products,in which the cold storage capacity and the number of cold chain logistics enterprises have the most significant influence,and there are regional differences.After substituting core variables,the results remain robust.
