Researchment Of Cold Chain Logistics Development Of Fresh Agricultural Products In Yunnan Province

In recent years, with the development of society, the safety of food attracts more an d more attention, fresh agricultural products as the main produces in people’s daily life, the freshness and quality in the process of circulation becomes the one of the important focus of attention. Because the fresh agricultural products have the characteristics of pe-rishable and are difficult to maintain freshness, the environment of circulation process has a high requirement of right temperature and humidity. The development of cold ch-ain logistics conform to the requirements of fresh agricultural produces circulation mar-ket, and can provide proper temperature and humidity from the process from production to final consumption which can prolong the time of freshness in circulation and ensure the quality of circulation.Yunnan province is fruitful of agricultural products and fresh cut flowers, and also faced to the challenges and opportunities of fresh agricultural produce cold chain logist-ics, both from the point of the aspects of output and the market demands of fresh agricu-ltural products. Yunnan province has developed cold chain logistics in advance of trial and error, however, according to the present state, there are still some problems. These problems become constraints of the fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics deve-lopment, the primary task is to recognize the constraints of cold chain development at present. We used ISM (Interpretative Structural Modeling Method) and AHP (analytic hierarchy process) to analyze the weight of various figures on the extent of the influence of resources constraints. In order to solve the problems which the focus has priority act-ion, and guide the development direction of the fresh agricultural products cold chain and hope to provide some new ideas for the cold chain logistics development.
