At the beginning of reform and opening-up,Chinese economy experienced rapid development,in which small and micro enterprises made important contributions.Although time has changed and economic growth has slowed down,emerging small and micro enterprises still play an indispensable role in Chinese economic development.In order to promote employment and diversify the social economy,the Chinese government has formulated policies to call on financial institutions to increase support for small and micro enterprises.But even so,small and micro enterprises still face a dilemma in financing.On the one hand,while commercial banks provide loan funds,the loan overdue rate and non-performing rate are increasing,on the other hand,small and micro enterprises are also facing the situation of few financing channels and high financing costs.Therefore,taking into account business development and risk management in this emerging field of small and micro enterprise loan business is a topic that commercial banks must face head-on.Based on the theory of risk management,this paper selects the research objects of GH Bank Shandong Branch to study the risk management of online mortgage loans for small and micro enterprises of GH Bank Shandong Branch.Firstly,the risk management status of online mortgage loans for small and micro enterprises of GH Bank Shandong Branch is analyzed,and the risk management problems of small and micro enterprises online mortgage loans of GH Bank Shandong Branch are explored through questionnaire survey,and the existing problems are analyzed from three aspects: risk identification,risk assessment and risk response.Secondly,this paper conducts an empirical analysis of the risk management of online mortgage loans for small and micro enterprises of GH Bank Shandong Branch from the aspects of overall and specific elements.The overall analysis used the stress test to obtain the current overall pressure resistance,and the specific factor analysis used the hierarchy analysis and fuzzy analysis method to determine the risk factors affecting the online mortgage loan of small and micro enterprises of GH Bank Shandong Branch,and obtained the risk level of each index.Finally,according to the existing problems and empirical analysis,optimization measures are proposed for the important problems,main problems and secondary problems in the risk management of online mortgage loans for small and micro enterprises of GH Bank Shandong Branch.The specific optimization measures are as follows,and the optimization measures for important issues are to improve the customer information collection system,establish a sound information management organizational structure,and accelerate the improvement of the early warning system;The optimization measures for the main problems are to optimize the post-loan tracking work,optimize the communication channels between the risk assessment department and other departments,and improve the customer information verification and access link;The optimization measures for secondary problems are to strengthen the professional quality of small and micro enterprise credit personnel,strengthen the sensitivity of rating monitoring,and carry out targeted assessment and analysis work for special small and micro enterprises.Through the risk management of online mortgage loans for small and micro enterprises of GH Bank Shandong Branch,it is found that the importance of the whole credit risk management is risk identification,risk response and risk assessment,and it is also expected to provide reference for subsequent research on online credit risk management of small and micro enterprises.
