| In recent years,due to the development of China’s market economy and the support of relevant national policies,China’s logistics industry has also developed vigorously under the promotion of emerging industries such as online shopping,and has achieved a great leap.The rapid development of the logistics industry in a short period of time has led to the inability of high-quality personnel to keep up,the logistics industry generally lacks high-end talents,and the company is also lacking in governance,so logistics companies are also paying more and more attention to discovering and reusing high-quality talents,retaining talents and obtaining talents has become an important task in the company’s development process.In the long run,the competition of enterprises is mostly the competition of talents,high-quality talents can also enhance the company’s core competitiveness,so for the long-term good development of the company,the implementation of equity incentives to encourage and attract talents is particularly important,and after various studies have shown that equity incentive plans can also promote the company’s performance.In this context,the logistics industry has implemented equity incentive plans in line with the trend,so YTO Express implemented equity incentive plans for the first time in 2016,which also kicked off the implementation of equity incentive plans in the industry.This paper uses the case analysis method,analysis and comparison method and financial index method to study and analyze the implementation of equity incentive plan of logistics enterprises on the basis of equity incentive theory,entrusted agent theory,two-factor theory and human capital theory,first introduces the development of the logistics industry in the general environment,and then introduces the implementation of equity incentive of listed companies in this industry,because this article takes YTO Express as an example,so it focuses on the basic situation of YTO Express and the motivation for implementing equity incentive plan,through financial indicators,non-financial indicators,market responses,etc.analyze and evaluate the changes before and after the implementation of the equity incentive plan of YTO Express in recent years,and also compare and analyze it based on the situation of the industry.Finally,according to the comprehensive analysis of many aspects,combined with the principle and purpose of optimizing the equity incentive plan,some suggestions are put forward for the YTO Express equity incentive plan,such as YTO Express should strengthen the company’s early market research capabilities,appropriately expand the scope of incentives,reasonably increase incentives,scientifically set exercise conditions and assessment indicators,and at the same time should choose diversified equity incentive methods to optimize the company’s equity incentive plan and make it play a greater role.To sum up,this paper draws some conclusions: First,although there are some shortcomings in the implementation of equity incentive in YTO Express,a logistics enterprise,there are some achievements in financial situation,market development and talent attraction.Secondly,logistics enterprises need to formulate equity incentive plans according to the situation of their industries and their own characteristics.Thirdly,the research on the effect of implementing the equity incentive plan in YTO Express can serve as a reference for other logistics enterprises. |
