Research On The Alienation Of Digital Labor

From the overall perspective of the development of human history,the digital revolution may become a transcendental technological revolution that surpasses any previous technological progress,which not only greatly promotes productivity,but also profoundly changed production relations,creating a digital new labor model.Looking at digital labor from the perspective of Marxist labor theory and western Marxist social criticism theory requires us to actively seek to sublate the alienation problems such as exploitation and slavery existing in digital labor,to realize the free and comprehensive development of digital workers,and then make digital labor better serve the digital economy.This paper studies the alienation of digital labor in the non-public economy under the socialist system with Chinese characteristics.First of all,it elaborates the guiding ideology,theoretical basis,and theoretical reference of the research on digital labor alienation;Secondly,using Marx’s alienation labor theory to analyze the paid employment and unpaid non-employment forms of digital labor,we can see that the alienation phenomena such as the loss of human subjectivity and human being dominated by things caused by digital labor are due to the differentiation of digital labor and labor products under the logic of capital,and the differentiation of digital labor and digital labor activities under the conditions of digital technology Digital workers are alienated from their subjectivity under the condition of fuzzy labor time limit.Finally,explore an effective way to solve the problem of digital labor alienation and restore the subjectivity of digital workers,that is,think from the three dimensions of individuals,countries,and communism.From the perspective of the individual subject of workers,we should rationally understand big data technology,correctly understand the network digital identity,and improve the subjective consciousness of workers;From the national and social dimensions,we should protect the data and information privacy of workers,protect the normal labor rights and interests of workers,strengthen the effective control of the capital,and increase the proportion of digital workers’ income;From the perspective of communism,establish the concept of "general data",clarify the internal contradictions of capital,sublate the alienation of digital labor,and ultimately promote human liberation.The problem of digital labor alienation is an important subject of interdisciplinary theoretical research and practical exploration.The research and exploration of the new changes in the form of labor and the new problems faced by workers under the background of the development of the digital economy will help to reveal the logic of the operation of digital capital in modern society,promote the improvement of relevant laws and regulations,and thus safeguard the main position of workers;It is conducive to our in-depth understanding of the nature of digital labor exploitation,to make digital labor more vigorous;It is conducive to promoting the development of sharing concept in the field of the digital economy,promoting the all-round development of individuals,and improving people’s life happiness index.It is hoped that the research on the alienation of digital labor can provide a valuable reference for protecting the rights and interests of digital workers,improving the subjective consciousness of digital workers,and liberating the personality of digital workers.
