Research On Digital Labor From The Perspective Of Marxism

With the rapid development of the digital economy,"digital labor" as a new form of labor has gradually become the focus of attention of scholars.Understanding the concept and manifestation of "digital labor",clarifying the essence of surplus value in digital goods and its price formation mechanism,and exposing the essence of production relations and the nature of exploitation hidden behind digital labor are both the inheritance and development of Marx’s labor value theory,and the starting point for studying the essence and mode of production of capitalism in the era of digital economy.Based on Marxist political economics,this article analyzes and criticizes the following contents of "digital labor" :Firstly,it introduces the evolution process of labor under the criticism of Marxist capital.Analyze the commodity production methods in the era of industrial capital,financial capital,and digital capital,and obtain the respective characteristics of the productive and non productive nature of digital labor,so as to grasp the development law of the digital economy and the mystery of the proliferation of digital capital.Secondly,starting from Marx’s labor theory of value,it analyzes the similarities and differences between the value creation process of digital labor and traditional labor,as well as the distribution method of digital surplus value.Explore the value and price movement of digital goods as a new commodity form,reveal the generation mechanism of production relations hidden behind digital labor,and analyze the production process of data products in the process of digital labor.This article strives to break through the capital logic,study the employment relationship in the labor process from the capital logic to the labor logic,and analyze the new changes and characteristics of production relations in the digital economy era.Thirdly,from the perspective of Marx’s theory of surplus value,this paper studies the production,realization,and distribution of surplus value in the process of digital labor,and then analyzes the extensibility of virtual markets in digital labor and the potential hidden exploitation in the process of value distribution;Explore the reality of digital capitalist exploitation of digital workers in the digital economy era and how to change the current situation of digital worker exploitation.Fourth,using Marx’s theory of digital labor to study digital labor in the socialist market economy,analyze the alienation of digital labor and avoidance measures.In the era of digital economy,we propose corresponding China solutions to the problems of unlimited capital expansion and data gap.Based on the characteristics of digital technology,adhering to the concept of co construction and sharing,establish a digital economic mechanism,standardize the defects of the digital labor market,and promote the prosperity and development of China’s economy.
