accelerate the pace of development,as soon as possible to embark on the road of digital transformation and upgrading.Enterprises need to carry out digital financial reform,establish a comprehensive mode of financial information management,and drive a new round of industrialization of information financial management technology by integrating big data,artificial intelligence and other new generation technologies,so as to achieve a leap forward development.For enterprise management,financial management is a crucial part,and financial digital transformation occupies a core position in the whole process of enterprise digital transformation.As the natural data hub of enterprises,finance can make full use of data,maximize the advantages of data,transform it into actual value,and help enterprises complete data-centered transformation.Therefore,the innovation of financial management will become the key to the success of the enterprise transformation,and the digital transformation of the enterprise will be most directly reflected from the digital aspects of the financial department.Understanding financial digital transformation path can provide some reference for enterprises seeking transformation,and the visible transformation effects can prompt enterprise managers to make the most suitable decision for their own development.Therefore,it is of great significance to select typical enterprises and analyze the motivation,path and effect of their transformation.In this paper,Haida Group,which has achieved good results in financial digital transformation in recent years,is selected as the case analysis object,and the internal and external motivation,path and effect of its implementation of financial digital transformation are studied.Firstly,this paper analyzes and discusses the motivation of Haida Group to implement financial digital transformation and upgrading from internal and external aspects.The analysis shows that the financial digital transformation of Haida Group is decided by internal and external factors.Internally,the original system is backward and difficult to keep up with the development pace of the enterprise.The pursuit of removing data islands and reducing cost and increasing efficiency provides direct motivation for the financial digital transformation of Haida Group.Externally,the implementation of financial digital transformation is driven by the uncertainty of the environment,the continuous downturn of the industry,the fragmentation of the competitive landscape of the market and the increasing maturity of advanced technologies.Secondly,it comprehensively analyzes the specific path selection of financial digital transformation of Haida Group.In terms of the path of financial digital transformation,Haida Group restructured its financial organization,strengthened process management,built a financial digital platform,and comprehensively improved the comprehensive quality of its financial personnel.In this way,it replanned the future positioning of financial functions,thus realized corporate strategy planning and added new impetus for its future growth.Further,this paper selects six perspectives,including cost control,operation efficiency,profitability,R&D output,organizational efficiency and financial efficiency,to comprehensively evaluate the effect of Haida Group’s transformation.The evaluation results show that the implementation of financial digital transformation makes Haida Group strengthen the cost control,improve the profitability,enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise,accelerate the pace of research and development innovation,improve the efficiency of operation,organizational efficiency and financial work efficiency.Finally,based on the above analysis of the overall situation of financial digital transformation of Haida Group,some enlightenments are summarized,hoping to be helpful for other enterprises to implement financial digital transformation.The financial digital transformation practice of Haida Group has the following enlightenments:First,the enterprise should focus on the overall situation before the transformation,do a good job in top-level planning,and lead the financial digital transformation from a strategic perspective.Secondly,in the process of transformation,enterprises should choose to cooperate with high-quality service providers and actively communicate with other enterprises implementing financial digital transformation to absorb experience and draw lessons.At the same
