Research On The Motivation,Path And Effect Of Digital Transformation Of Xinfengming Group

China’s manufacturing industry is an important pillar of the national economy and an important industry to achieve economic growth,and it is in an indispensable position in China’s economic development.With the unprecedented development of the digital economy,the government has attached great importance to and strongly supported the digital strategy,and more enterprises have realized the importance of digital transformation to increase enterprise value and began to explore the road of digital transformation.Chemical fiber industry as a very important part of China’s manufacturing industry,is the country attaches great importance to digital development of the industry,in 2022,the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology,the National Development and Reform Commission jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on the High-quality Development of Chemical Fiber Industry",which proposes to form a number of competitive leading enterprises before 2025,to achieve the goal of building a high-end,intelligent,green modern industrial system and chemical fiber power.As a representative enterprise in the chemical fiber industry,Xinfengming Group started the road of digital transformation in 2017,explored the production process,transaction mode and platform construction,and achieved certain results.In this context,this thesis takes Xinfengming Group as the research object,and takes the motivation,path and effect of digital transformation as the core research content and analyzes it in detail.firstly,expounds the research background and research significance,sorts out the relevant research on the connotation,motivation and effect of digital transformation by domestic and foreign scholars,and forms research ideas and methods on this basis.Secondly,the relevant basic concepts such as digitalization and "5G + industrial Internet" and the related theories such as value chain and smile curve involved in this thesis are sorted out.Thirdly,explore the motivation and process of the digital transformation of Xinfengming Group;Then,the development path of digital transformation is analyzed based on the value chain.Then,combined with relevant financial indicators and economic added value calculation,the financial effects before and after the digital transformation of Xinfengming were analyzed,and the effects of Xinfengming’s digital transformation were systematically analyzed from the three non-financial aspects of market,environment and society.Finally,the conclusion of this thesis is drawn,and according to the results,Xin Fengming and other enterprises are put forward for reference.The results of this thesis find that:(1)The digital transformation of Xinfengming plays a demonstration role in the development of intelligent manufacturing in traditional industries.Based on the industry,from the perspective of platform applications and services,Xinfengming has built an all-factor integrated industrial Internet platform integrating "master data,real-time data,ERP,MES,big data and business intelligence,APP and identification analysis" to ensure that the platform is not backward in technology and concept for 5-10 years,and is a vivid sample to promote the transformation of "manufacturing" into "intelligent manufacturing".(2)Digital transformation has improved the enterprise performance and enterprise value of Xinfengming.Digital transformation has changed the traditional production process,improved the internal operation management system,and formed a new business model,thereby improving the efficiency and effectiveness of enterprise operation and management,and has a certain positive impact on the financial performance and enterprise value of enterprises.(3)Digital transformation has enhanced the comprehensive strength of Xinfengming.Xinfengming Group continues to strengthen digital construction,innovate and develop new products,open the era of enterprise intelligence,expand digital technology empowerment scenarios,and at the same time provide a new development height for the industry’s energy conservation and environmental protection,which has been unanimously praised by the industry and society,improved social recognition,and enhanced the industry status of Xinfengming.
