Medical and health issues are not simply important issues in people’s daily lives,but also important practical issues in social and political science.With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards and the increase in material demand,it has also led to an increase in productivity demand,especially the strengthening of people’s awareness of health,which has led to an increase in China’s financial and human resources in the field of health.In recent years,the increasing attention paid by the country to the prevention and control of chronic diseases has been a special symbol of both social and economic aspects of chronic diseases.In today’s rapidly aging society,strengthening the prevention and control of chronic diseases is of great significance in prolonging the average life expectancy and improving the quality of life of the Chinese people.TF Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,through resource supplement and expansion,carried out two mergers and reorganization of enterprises.TF Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.successfully transformed into a state-owned enterprise,built a platform for chronic disease management,and ranked first in the market share of chronic disease drugs(mainly diabetes market,Y drug)based on the grassroots people in many provinces and cities,bringing good news to the majority of diabetes patients.This article mainly focuses on TF Pharmaceutical Company as the main research object,and conducts a series of analysis on the Chinese drug market situation through comparative analysis with successful cases.It obtains the market environment of TF Company,and conducts on-site observation interviews based on the company’s development status.Combining with the existing market competition situation,it fully utilizes existing marketing theories and tools,focusing on products,prices,channels Marketing strategies have been proposed from four aspects of promotion,and guarantee measures have been formulated through four dimensions of human resources,funds,materials,and systems to ensure the effective implementation of marketing strategies and promote the development of TF pharmaceutical industry.Therefore,the paper analyzes the current pharmaceutical market environment and combines it with the characteristics of the company itself to explore the opportunities and challenges that the company currently faces.Comprehensively analyze the company’s existing marketing strategy and its process management to implement the above strategy,and accordingly give opinions on TF Pharmaceutical’s marketing strategy.
