| At the same time,the banking supervision policy has become stricter and a number of policies have been introduced to benefit the real economy.How to obtain excess returns in the fierce market competition has become the focus of commercial banks.The internal management system of banks includes various contents,of which budget management is an important part.It has gradually been taken as a core internal management measure by most commercial banks,and has gradually evolved into a strategic management mechanism integrating "establishment,implementation,correction and evaluation".Efficient expense budget management is very important for commercial banks to increase their performance and continuously improve their profitability.This paper takes Ping An Bank A as an example to specifically analyze the problems existing in the expense budget management of the first-level branches of commercial banks represented by Ping An Bank,and puts forward specific management suggestions.This paper is based on the expense budget management situation of Ping An Bank A Branch,which is different from the previous research perspective at the level of head office or corporate headquarters.At the same time,the overall management mode of expense budget of Ping An Bank is different from that of traditional banks.Ping An Bank implements the management mode of head branch while implementing the management mode of line management.By combining theoretical research with practical cases,this paper starts with relevant theories of expense budget management and introduces the expense budget management system,sources of expense budget and actual implementation of the A Branch of Ping An Bank in combination with the actual situation of the A Branch of Ping An Bank,and analyzes the problems existing in the cost budget management of commercial banks and their causes.And put forward the corresponding solution measures and suggestions for these problems.Based on the case study of the expense budget management of A Branch of Ping An Bank,this paper specifically analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the linebased expense management,and puts forward specific management suggestions from the aspects of budget preparation,implementation and assessment.It is hoped to continuously explore a scientific and efficient expense budget management system and optimize the allocation of internal resources of commercial banks under the condition of capital constraints,so as to promote the profitability and internal management efficiency of banks and realize the sustainable development of commercial banks. |
