| At present,the process of global economic integration is accelerating,and under the background of economic transformation in our country,the Internet economy has developed more mature,which puts forward new requirements for the strategic development of enterprises.The traditional financial analysis methods can no longer adapt to the development of The Times,making the importance of enterprise financial management and strategic planning increasingly prominent.Financial analysis method plays an important role in enterprise strategic planning and management.From a strategic perspective,based on the financial quality analysis system,this thesis uses financial reports,integrates the characteristics of the company and to build a new framework for financial quality analysis system with the quality of capital structure,asset quality,profit quality,cash flow quality and sustainable growth capability as the core.Combining various internal and external factors,objectively judge the implementation of the strategy of the enterprise,and put forward suggestions for improving the strategy.Select Xiaomi Corporation,which has both the characteristics of the Internet industry and the traditional manufacturing industry,as a research case.This thesis firstly analyzes the internal and external environment of Xiaomi Corporation;secondly,it analyzes the financial quality of Xiaomi Corporation from a strategic perspective,revealing the quality of its capital structure,asset quality,profit quality,cash flow quality,and sustainable growth capability,and compares the industries to evaluate the implementation of the strategy;finally,targeted measures and strategies are proposed to provide guidance and reference for the strategy formulation and implementation of Xiaomi Corporation,so as to evaluate the rationality and practicability of this analysis framework. |
