Research On Evolutionary Characteristics And Influencing Factors Of Logistics Collaborative Development Network In Central China

The proposal of the strategy of the rise of the central region has accelerated the development of the provinces in the central region,but the problem of uneven and inadequate development within the region is still outstanding.The logistics industry has infiltrated into all walks of life,built the interconnection relationship between production and market among regions,and regional logistics has gradually formed.Regional logistics is to realize the reasonable flow and optimal allocation of factor resources within a certain geographical region and logistics radiation range.The development of regional logistics plays a vital role in the development of regional economy.It can promote the overall progress of regional economy,strengthen the economic ties between regions,and form a development pattern of complementary advantages and mutual promotion.It is of great significance to study the coordinated development of logistics in the central provinces for the development of logistics in the central region and the high-quality development of the central region.This paper takes the six provinces in the central region as the research object,calculates the symbiosis degree and symbiosis coefficient based on the symbiosis theoretical model.The symbiosis degree is used to judge the symbiosis development relationship of the logistics industry in the two provinces,and the symbiosis coefficient is used to build the logistics collaborative development network in the central region.The evolution characteristics of the network structure are analyzed by using the indicators of network density,network correlation degree,and point centrality in the social network analysis theory,And carry out correlation analysis and regression analysis on the influencing factors,explore the influencing factors of the logistics coordinated development network in the central provinces,and put forward reasonable policy recommendations based on the research results,aiming at promoting the development of regional logistics in the central region.After empirical analysis,the following conclusions are drawn: First,the symbiosis degree of the logistics industry in the six provinces in the central region is positive,and the development of the logistics industry in each province is not achieved at the expense of the interests of other provinces,but is mutually promoted,but the degree of benefit is different,and it is in an asymmetric and mutually beneficial symbiotic development relationship;The level of symbiosis coefficient is constantly approaching to the level of 0.5,and the symbiosis relationship of the logistics industry in each province is approaching to the balanced situation,laying the foundation for the coordinated development of the logistics industry in the central region;Second,the trend of the network center for the coordinated development of logistics in the central region is not obvious,the network lacks "intermediary" nodes,and Hunan,Shanxi and other provinces have less spatial links,and there is still much room for optimization and improvement of the network structure;Third,the core nodes Hubei,Henan,Anhui and Jiangxi are closely connected,while the edge nodes Hunan and Shanxi are not connected,and the connection between the core nodes and the edge nodes is also relatively weak;Fourth,the differences in economic development level and residents’ consumption capacity have a positive impact on the logistics collaborative development network,the differences in human resources reserves and logistics informatization level have a negative impact on the network,and the impact of transportation facilities and spatial adjacency is weak.Based on this,relevant suggestions are put forward to promote the coordinated development of the regional economy in the central region,strengthen the economic links between the provinces,strengthen the division of labor and cooperation of the six provinces in the central region in regional logistics,and enhance the logistics links of the provinces;Improve the modern logistics talent training system,improve the level of regional logistics informatization,promote the construction of national logistics hub,and ensure the smooth operation of regional logistics.
